“I found Steve's Shoes by accident while searching everywhere online for a pair of shoes in my size. I ordered a pair of shoes in size W, the only available, and they were promptly shipped and delivered but were indeed too wide. I returned the pair I had via mail at no cost and asked the store if they could order my size in Medium from a vendor, as I really wanted these shoes. They checked for me, ordered what I needed, and promptly sent them to me the day I received it. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and my new shoes.”

I passed by the Throggs Neck store yesterday and was assisted by Desiree, a lovely young woman that made it fun to shop with and made suggestions as to what style footwear would be best for me as I have a wide foot. Though I came in to buy for myself, I decided to look at the women section. She asked who I had in mind, I told her, for my mother. She then started to show and advise which styles would be nice and liked the choices she made, it was great! I never felt pressured nor felt she was selling, rather informing me of how stylish, comfortable and how well made Skechers are. I had the intention of only buying one pair but purchased four pair of footwear. Desiree delivered a wonderful and memorable shopping experience, even suggested socks and care products. “Love this store. Their Thursday sales make purchasing expensive items manageable for this single mother of two NIKE obsessed teens. “a cool hip place to pick up the latest styles and must have sneakers at a reasonable cost. stopped by sneaker lounge in scarsdale to grab the latest must have sneakers for my cuzs son and the staff were so kind and knowledgeable about what the teens are wearing now. very good selection and styles with all the footware on displayed in organized fashion for gals , guys and kids. also some clothing available mostly in tee shirts. after getting my nephew his birthday gift, i picked up a pair of leisure slip ons which are comfy to the max . glad i made time to visit sneaker lounge , it was worth it .”
