I eat only organic and find organic produce and meats there at a good price considering the very high cost of food right now. The store is clean and well stocked. The associates are friendly and helpful. Just remember if you need a shopping cart you need a quarter to get a cart. When you bring it back you get your quarter back. ?”

I have only had one issue because of my demographic (younger male) I was kind of being followed around the store and was asked around five times if I needed help with anything politely, but still kind of suspicious. Understandable, but it hasn't happened since so I hope the issue has been since resolved.”

“1/8/2022I was just aiming to shop for creamer an hour ago at Newark’s Save-A -Lot. A young man from the meat department was restocking the beef case. He adjusted his work gait to accommodate my glancing at some fresh tempting beef tenderettes. Upon seeing he paused for me I exclaimed; "Oh don't stop for me, I'm just looking at the tenderettes..." His response was a cheerful; "Not a problem. How are you today, sir? Can I help you find something?" "Well;" - I thought, I'm going to share my opinion with him and pass a moment between us. So, I said; "I think I'll be set with a couple of those good looking packs of beef tenderettes there." Adding; "I don't know what you do to make them so good. I've bought them here for over two years now and I've never got a piece of gristle or bone in them and I'm truly amazed compared to buying similar meats at Wegmans or Tops."The young man stood a bit taller now, and adjusted his mask. He replied; "We take our time when we cut the meat. We're very careful near the bone. We trim off a lot of fat, - most of the fat, so you get good meat." I said; "thank you, by the way, what's your name sir?" "Adam. My name is Adam." "Well Adam, I am pleased to have made your aquaintance and thank you for sharing." Then I did something quite uncharacteristic, I told him I had to get going I've got to go get some ground beef down the road at Wegmans! Adam asked; "Why, we have it right here on sale!" He moved aside from the tenderettes and there was display advertising 60/20 ground beef. (Just what we needed at home!)I chuckled and said; "I can't argue with quality, especially when you're offering a sale price!" Adam then asked how much I wanted. I replied; "give or take 5 pounds." He asked if I wanted it wrapped in one big package then. I said; "if it's no trouble I'd like to have it in 2.5 pound packages." He said; "coming right up give me three minutes."I know retail is often a thankless job however not in this case. I have to thank this store and praise them for having cashiers and people like Adam - who is so conscientious and pleasant.....”

“This is a really great store, I have been a regular shopper here for years when I lived in Webster but now that I moved to Walworth, I am a zealot. The place is immaculate, the aisles are wide. The staff goes out of their way to help, I was given an item priced as shelved because it was in the wrong area, the clerks make an extra effort to find missing items, 98% of the staff is very friendly, the customer service desk always has friendly people there. The bakery has a great selection, they have made a great effort to keep produce well-stocked. I wish they had a better selection of meat, but I can go elsewhere for that. They have a great organic / healthy food section. There is a good little liquor store next to Tops also with a knowledgeable and helpful clerk there, it's also very convenient.”

Needed a few supplies like snacks, beer and fall decorations... and bam their you are.Store set up was a little different than I'm use to however it was still like seeing an old familiar friend.Also grabbed some fresh hot coffee and breakfast treats .”
