“Went here a few months ago and was blown away by the spaciousness! Definitely more expensive than the other arcades and be prepared to spend more money. However, the merch and plushies are official and licensed, as far as I know this is the only arcade in flushing that does not have bootlegs so that may explain the higher price tag. I will say, I really liked the Lunar New Year promo they had and they should definitely have similar events more often to offset the difficulty and high cost-but at the same time, it's still skill and luck based!Machines are definitely harder, but ask employees for help! The last time we went, we were trying to win a derpy looking dinosaur, and it was very difficult (claw was too weak and plushie was very big and chubby) and the worker helped us reposition. The app did glitch and take away 2 tries for us that we weren't able to play, but the same worker helped us (I never got her name but she had glasses!). She was very encouraging and sweet and helped us win it!”
“My fiancé and I recently stopped by this card shop while visiting Long Island, and I can honestly say it completely exceeded our expectations. I’ve recently gotten back into collecting Pokémon cards, and it’s become harder and harder to find truly good card shops — this place is exactly what I’ve been looking for.
The shop itself is incredibly well organized, with a wide variety of cards ranging from Pokémon to other anime and sports cards. The atmosphere immediately stood out — welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. The staff made us feel comfortable right away and gave us plenty of space to browse at our own pace with absolutely no pressure to buy anything.
One thing that really impressed us was that they even offered us the option to sit in a separate room with couches, tables, and big-screen TVs playing sports while we looked through single cards. That kind of thoughtfulness and customer experience is rare and truly appreciated. The staff was also extremely knowledgeable and even offers grading services, which is a huge plus.
I especially want to give a big shoutout to Derek (hope I’m spelling his name correctly!) for his outstanding customer service. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate about the hobby, which made the experience even better.
Overall, this shop has an amazing vibe, top-tier customer service, and a great selection. Whether you’re a serious collector or just browsing, this is a must-visit spot. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.”

“Saw them last year at the Amherst Railway show at the Eastern States Exposition . I saved a bundle on buying all my n scale Kato track from them .I was able to replace all my Bachmann track with kato.. My layout is 4 x16 with 4 trains running. Hope to see them back again this year.”

“My daughter had her birthday party here, and we had such a wonderful experience.
Teacher Sylvia was amazing! She prepared everything so thoroughly and beautifully decorated the party room with balloons. The staff even asked about my daughter’s favorite color and decorated everything to match — such a thoughtful touch.
The painting class was fantastic. All of the kids loved painting, and the parents enjoyed participating together as well.
