“I arrived at TRR with over seven handbag and non-handbag items to be priced for sale. Jacquelyne was extremely helpful and even took the extra time to price all of my items while explaining the entire process with care. Because it was my first time there, I ended up waiting at the busy drop-off counter for a bit — thinking that was where I needed to be to check in for the appointment. It would have been helpful to have been assisted more quickly with someone inquiring specifically about why I was waiting, but as I mentioned before, Jacquelyne made up for the experience by taking the extra time with me!”

“A little late on the review, but I stopped by Wilson’s Dry Dock last weekend searching for props for a musical, and although I couldn’t find quite what I was looking for, I absolutely loved everything I saw in the shop, and the owner was SO NICE. Such a friendly and laid-back vibe. I will definitely be going back to pick up a few things for myself and chat with the owner (thats how personable he is). If you’re big on finding hidden treasures in thrifts, this place is a must. Also, the area is gorgeous. So wins all around.”

“I came here when i was cleaning out my mom's closet . the owner- Christine is fantastic- and - what I really appreciate in this industry- she's fair. We got a big check a month after I dropped off a bag of clothes that I didn't have time to deal with. Her store clearly draws a lot of customers (every time i've been there, there's brand new inventory). Also - Christine's staff is terrific, every person I've dealt with is just really nice. Great business!”

“Very nice vintage and antique shop. Went in with my mother and met the owner Bill who was very helpful and friendly. They have a great assortment of items including a lot of home related items (vintage plates, kitchenware, knick-knacks, etc...). Everything was very fairly priced too.”

“The shop is beautifully curated with timeless, stylish pieces that feel thoughtful rather than overwhelming and the prices are genuinely amazing for the quality you find. Every visit feels like a treasure hunt where you’re guaranteed to walk out with something special.

What really sets it apart, though, is the owner. She’s welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does, making the experience feel personal and fun instead of transactional. If you love great clothes, great value, and supporting a wonderful local business, this place is absolutely worth repeating.”

“Excellent shop with beautiful antique finds. Being new to the area our family decided to make a stop during a rainy Saturday. Looking at the beautiful arrangements of porcelain, figurines, pictures, paintings and antique accessories (necklaces & bracelets) was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon. The owner was very pleasant, engaging and knowledgeable about the items offered for sale. We will most certainly return to make some additional purchases in this delightful store.”

“Absolutely loved this thrift shop!!! I purchased a beautiful scarf and a tiny porcelain doll for my daughter (who had been wanting one). My hubby got a coffee table book. There was such a great supply of nice clothes and good prices, and a lot of home stuff as well (very well kept). This is going to be one of my go-to thrift stores from now on!!! The staff was also very friendly!”

“The staff is excellent, I go there every day because the staff is absolutely amazing and very helpful. Especially William and another lady who wears glasses, who transferred from the Front Street store to the Elmont store - she is really outstanding. That lady should also be a manager at the Front Street store ?”

“This is an excellent store with a wide variety of items at good prices, featuring departments for the whole family. They also offer shoes that are both stylish and affordable. If you visit, be prepared to look for street parking, which requires payment in coins.”

“Having recently moved into the neighborhood, I stopped by to donate a batch of toys. The location was very easy to navigate to using Google Maps. The parking lot was packed when I arrived, so it took a short wait for a car to pull out before finding a space.

Once inside, however, the experience was great—zero wait time, fast processing, and very helpful staff. It's a wonderful place to give unneeded goods a second life, reduce landfill waste, and add a few positive Karma points along the way. Highly recommended!”

“What a wonderful store! This is one of the largest Salvation Army I have ever been to. The pricing is incredible with 50% off color day suit at $3-4 and dresses at less than 4. Staffs are great and friendly.”

“This is my favorite thrift store of all time. I like that it's big, and you can genuinely find nice items of every category. I mostly go for toys, and video games. They also don't hold the good items to resell online, like other big stores. Thier prices are also great, if you're there for the right deal. Staff is friendly as long as you follow the rules. You have to check your bag before coming in, so don't come if you have a bag you don't feel comfortable leaving with someone else. The best part is that there's a public restroom, and food court right in the same building. You could shop, and end the day with a nice slice of pizza.?”
