“Overall, a great store. It's clean and there are always associates on the floor to help. Items are organized. The clearance rack is rough because the sizes are everywhere and it includes all sizes from infact to adult. Other old navy's have it separated in their department (kids, male, female).It is packed though so there is opportunity to get a deal if you have time to look.They have a line most of the time but I think it moves quickly. I come to this one for convenience of location. However if I am looking for a specific product I go to Flushing, where they usually have an item.Sales are always visible and easy to see, and there has not been one employee who didn't seem like they wanted to be there. I've been coming to this location the last 2 years.”

“BEAUTIFUL TO BUY FROM and EXCELLENT TO SELL TO!The owners are always working in the store which is the real evidence to a great indie owned company. They love what they do! Very selective on what they take in making what they sell high quality. Pricing is below retail and they have $2-$6 bins with hidden gems. Found a lot of brand new high end - name brand- clothes for a friends baby shower. Excellent place to sell clothes, take credit and upgrade your childs wardrobe.”

“It's hard to think of a better place to shop for kids clothing than Owl Tree Kids. Winter gear, shoes, day to day items, they have the best possible selection at the best prices. I didn't know about them when I was pregnant, but I wish I had since the maternity section is amazing for pieces you'll only need for a few months! The owner Molly is wonderful, as are all the employees there. They will text you photos of items you are looking for - it can't be easier to find what you need. So happy this store exists!”

It's busy on the weekends and outside of work hours but it's a haven if you can come on during off hours. The staff is always helpful and they do a good job of keeping it clean despite hoards of people throwing clothes around. Only wish there were more stores in NYC!”

“Black owned clothing store on the pricier side but they have good quality clothes for the most part. I bought a couple sweatsuits back in 2020 and they are still in hood standing. My only complaint is that my pants shrunk after I washed them ☹️ overall 10/10 in customer service and they host yearly semi black parties on their anniversary. You also might bump into a celebrity while you shop.”

They are always having sales so if your worried about the expense...there really is something for every budget. But it is on the more expensive side, even more then old navy. I will continue to shop at carters Oshkosh bgosh.I have to say though the last time I was there, something crazy happened a short diesel man came in the store and just bumrushed all of the clothes in the front.He Stole thousands of dollars of clothes.The poor employees were like "sir, sir you can't do that sir.The man just kept taking them.My husband went towards him and said man what are you doing? The man just rushed past him and said call the cops. Man call them!That was wild.So you see Carters clothes are in high demand and very high end but affordable ?.”
