I should’ve read the reviews. This was a Gap Factory and not a Gap, I was unable to return my jeans. The staff told me the word “factor” is written on the sign which was NOT true. They really need to change their name. Super disappointed.

Please note this is a Gap Factory and not a regular gap. I went here to return something from regular gap and they did not accept it. Labeling should indicate that this branch is a gap FACTORY.
