“After many months of research and shopping around, I eventually found Bespoke Ensemble in my search for a tuxedo for my wedding. I had a very specific vision, a dark green velvet dinner jacket, which Vandna helped bring to life. In addition, she also made my pants, shirt, and tie. In the end, everything turned out beautiful.Vandna was wonderful to work with throughout the process, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. And I am absolutely confident I got the highest quality possible at a better price than anywhere else in New York or northern New Jersey.”
“Super cute adorable shop! They have a lot of options between t-shirts, sweatshirts, jewelry, bracelets, bags, sunglasses, home decor, socks, etc.Love the designs on the t-shirts & sweatshirts they are very unique and fun, you don’t see these kind of designs anywhere else. I already own a few stuff from here and every time I visit I want to buy it all! The staff friendly and helpful. Definitely come back for more!”

“This may sound silly, but for years I wanted a nice tie dye shirt. The problem I always had was that most tie dye shirts are done with ill fitting, interior quality material.Tom, the owner, was very passionate about his craft, and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Tom asked about our background, our visit to NY, foods to try, etc. He then explained the process andante the passion came through. The sweatshirt I wanted was incredible, from fit to absolute brilliance of the look. He told me that people will approach me ask where I got my shirt.I bought it, and when I got back to the hotel, put it on and looked, I KNEW I wanted another and that I wanted some for my daughters.I was heading back to the shop, and the doorman at the hotel said “That sweatshirt is really awesome!”I returned and bought 4 more. These aren’t the cheapest tie dyes you can find, but the patterns and quality will make them the best you’ll ever own.”
“Chris from the bra fitting was fabulous! Things like this are a little scary especially if I don’t know my proper size! I’m a 34dd and loved my experience. I walked out with 10 items! And it’s all because of her great selection and helping me find new bras that supported and looked cute/sexy!”
“Avalen has the best fajas. They are so helpful. Josefina helped me when I purchased my faja last year. It was great to see that she is still here. She even fixed my faja from last year. Great service and super kind.”
“I absolutely love Kimono House. Yumiko-san is the absolute sweetest person you'll ever meet. Ever since I shopped here years ago for the very first time for my first vintage silk Kimono, I can never shop anywhere else for my Kimono needs. I highly recommend stopping by this cute little shop. She has a lot of gems that are so unique and beautifully made. There is a variety of Kimonos, Yukatas, and accessories. You really need to love the Japanese culture and give it a chance to understand why certain pieces are the price point they are. To make a beautiful Kimono is not easy and very rare these days. A brand new made Kimono can cost thousands of dollars even in Japan because of the craftsmanship and skills being put into making the Kimono. High quality silk Kimonos are not mass produced by machine and are still being made by skilled Kimono craftsmen and craftswomen. There are more affordable Kimono options in this shop that are usually vintage/antique just like in Japan. Yumiko-san picks the most beautiful antique/vintage Kimonos and have them at a very reasonable price. One thing to consider, Kimonos give off the impression that its a one size fit all. However, Kimonos do actually come in different sizes. Vintage and antique Kimonos back in the day are usually made smaller but, Yumiko-san is very skilled in choosing a variety of sizes that can fit almost anyone that visits. Since Kimonos are so well made (can be delicate if made of silk) they last years to come when you take care of them. Yumiko-san also provides lessons if anyone is interested in learning the art of Kimono dressing. If you are thinking about purchasing your first Kimono, I would highly recommend you visit Yumiko-san at Kimono House.”

“A couple days ago, a "fit" lady suggested I switch sizes, but wait until all bras came. Today, Tiana helped me get the right new bras and quickly issued a memo for a refund once I returned the bras. She also ordered my two new bras and bonus panties with the original thirty percent discount. I received the necessary emails promptly. Tiana was friendly and pleasant to talk with. She spoke English and was easy to understand. I am hoping these bras fit since I really liked the fabric on the other ones. Great people and products! Thank you. Carole”

41-03 46th St, Sunnyside“The best shop in Sunnyside (and they’re dog friendly!) My pup and I never walk out of there empty handed —she’s always devastated when we walk by and the store is closed. So many amazing gems at Bliss. Could not recommend it more!”
“I sent my boyfriend the convertible leather backpack link as a subtle birthday gift idea and it just arrived and it is so beautiful!! The craftsmanship is top tier. I absolutely love it and can't wait to collect more great pieces from this studio”

70 N 7th St, Brooklyn“Great shop for Indian men's and woman's clothing. I needed and outfit for a Diwali party and the owner, Saroj, styled me perfectly! Located in the Artists and Fleas market, I highly recommend.”
“Many qipao stores have closed since the pandemic, thank goodness Sylvia's is still around. I came up from DC to find a wedding qipao after a frustrating day of not being allowed to try on garments in Manhattan Chinatown. Despite only making an appointment 2 hours prior, Sylvia allowed me to try on as many as I wanted and was super helpful in helping me decide among options. I found brocade styles that I've never seen at other stores or online. I came back several months later (timed with a work trip) to try on what I had ordered -- it had to be shipped from China. I thought I would have to return for a third trip to pick up my tailoring but no, Sylvia made adjustments while I got lunch in Flushing and I took it home that afternoon! I could not recommend making the trek out here more.”
“Neema was great help to me and my family! She was super friendly and very encouraging. She knows exactly what she’s doing! Tried on a dress and finished super quick! Store is also super organized and clean! I appreciated it all!”

1360 Fulton St, Brooklyn“One of a kind creations by Artist Moshood. His clothing wear is a work of art and if you walk into this store you'll understand what I'm talking about. The owner Moshood is very friendly and kind and his laugh and smile are contagious!”
“Dave's is the best. I got such friendly assistance from multiple workers along with a great deal on a pair of Dickie's. They have all the workwear you could possibly want.”
“As a small business entrepreneur (homeschool), I searched for a place that would do small printing jobs for myself and my student's uniform. I wanted quality at a reasonable price! I couldn't have asked for a better place than at Jay's Uniform (Union City, NJ). As my business grew and my logo simplified from color to just black and white, Jay's Uniform was there to work their magic - they placed the M with the halo on the front of the shirts and the full logo with phone number on the back. The added plus was how fast all the shirts were ready for pickup! Thank you for all your help and professionalism! I'll be back! Maria”
“Immediately as you enter you're traveling through amazing decades of fashion and housewares. Will definitely make this a must have stop for vintage in the future.”
“I had my mom's old wedding dress with those big, kinda gaudy 80s sleeves and was really biting my nails over how it would turn out. Gotta admit, I was half thinking I made a mistake promising mom I'd wear it. But Selene, oh man, she's like some kind of wizard with fabric. She reshaped those sleeves into something super chic and tweaked the waist so I felt like I stepped out of a fairytale. It was more than just a dress alteration, it felt like Selene was part of the family, making sure I looked and felt amazing. I didn't shed a tear at the wedding, but picking up the dress? That's another story.”

11AM - 6PM
50 W 14th St, New York“I was visiting my daughter in NYC, as I do several times a year. We have walked by this store many times, but finally stopped in. I needed a nice sweater to wear to a restaurant that had a dress code and I only packed casual clothes. I wore the sweater that night, but the weather really took a turn - it was 82 degrees on the weekend and only 45 by the time I left. The sweater I bought was on sale at such a reasonable price and turned out to be a lifesaver. I also bought a few other pieces of clothing on sale. I got a free large tote bag with my purchase that came in handy the rest of my trip and on my return flight since they only allow one carry-on bag.Tim was one of the sweetest people I have ever encountered in a store - especially in NYC! He was incredibly helpful and it was a true pleasure to meet him. Until he told us, we had no idea that Daily Thread has about 150 stores in 30 states, including the Chicago area. We also didn't know that Frye and Juicy Couture are owned by the same parent company!”
12 - 7PM
84 E 7th St, New York“This store is the epitome of what thrifting can & should be. if you ever went into a little boutique thrift store and were wowed by the pieces but dissapointed that the prices were completley unaffordable, this store will give you the satisfaction you’re looking for. It is a small, well curated collection, but the prices are very fair, so you feel like you can really participate even if you’re not super wealthy. It's also a small business -- doesn't really get better than this.”
12 - 6:30PM
229 Mott St, New York“I love this store and the owner. I live on the west coast but every time I’m NYC, I try to pop in. A go to spot for unknown up and coming designers of clothing and jewelry. Can always find something unique and fun here!”

273 Bleecker St, New York“Pure Barre is clean. Saff from check in to instructors are friendly and knowledge. You get a real full body workout in and feel it the next day. As a"newbie" I was a little hesitant at first but you are immediately put at ease and make some friends along the way. Highly recommend.”
“Very quiet store. Shirts and dresses are organized by color, which makes browsing easy. Selection of men’s and women’s vintage clothes at very reasonable prices; got a leather jacket for $90 and a sleeveless shirt for $22. Do remember to check the condition of the items though; the store is not well lit, and I didn’t notice the items I got were each missing one button until I got home. Overall pleasant shopping experience, definitely recommend.”
“I have been impressed with the quality of the clothing at Vineyards Vines and today from the moment I walked into their store on Third Avenue and 67th Street, Que, one of their salespeople became my personal shopper! Que was wonderfully helpful and assisted me in picking out a few pairs of pants! What I like about Vineyard Vines is the store seems to be welcoming to people of all ages.”
