Management is letting people over book grooming appointments with just 2 working staff members. Leads to long lines, 5-6 hours grooming appointments for a simple bath appointment. I feel for the staff. It's not on them but management for not running better operations.

My 2-star rating isn't really about the store itself, it's about something I saw there that broke my heart. 1. Why do they have little fish alone in small cups? And 2. The kittens they have locked up for adoption aren't babies anymore, and it breaks my heart to imagine they've been locked up their whole lives. I understand they want and are looking for someone to adopt them soon, and I see they're well-fed. But I'd like to know if they ever let the kittens out of those cages because the thought of them never leaving them truly breaks my heart and aches my soul, as that's no life for a kitten. They want to go out and explore the world. I would appreciate it if you could explain if they're only there occasionally, because otherwise I see it as animal abuse, just like with the little fish.😢

Several fish were kept in small plastic containers with very little water and no filtration. Some of them were completely motionless and did not respond to movement or touch. It looked like they were either severely stressed or suffocating

The cashiers are REALLY slow. I come here often and it’s really annoying. Actually, I’m writing this as I wait for the one person in front of me. It’s been 4min and i’m still here.

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with PetSmart and commend the incredible team that has taken care of my American Bully, Winter. Amber has been an exceptional groomer, always taking fantastic care of Winter and ensuring she looks her best. While I'm saddened that Amber's schedule no longer allows for Saturday appointments, I was pleasantly surprised when Vinessa stepped in to take over Winter's grooming. Vinessa has been absolutely fabulous! We never have to wait at check-in, and Winter is always ready within a couple of hours. Both Amber and Vinessa have truly gone above and beyond in their care.
I must also mention Krystal, the store manager, who has an amazing personality. From the moment we arrived, Krystal greeted both Winter and me with a warm smile and even offered Winter several different treats until she found one she liked. Krystal's professionalism and friendliness make every visit to PetSmart an absolute joy. At this particular location, Winter is treated like a VIP, and I'm just along for the ride.
It's always a pleasure shopping at PetSmart and having Winter's grooming needs met. Every single groomer and the dog trainer treat Winter with such care and love, and it warms my heart to see how they all go above and beyond. Winter absolutely loves it, and I couldn't be prouder. Thank you to the entire team for making our visits so special!

Entered a few times and after our third visit we actually bought something. Good selection of stuff but it was KIND OF busy when we were there and couldn't really get a hold of staff to answer our questions.

Never had an issue with finding stuff but they do lack in people helping at times! The main thing is the register workers who you ask do I have points and they always say No! Yet I go on my app and it can show $5 every time it’s no! So what’s the point of rewards if we can’t use them!!!
