Monika the groomer attitude and customer service was so awful I cancelled my Dogs appointment on site, I could tell he wouldn’t be in good hands. The manager Valerie was amazing and provided me a discount if I book with someone else.

Damiska has been my dog’s groomer for a year now and she is truly a master of her craft. My dog always looks and smells great after her visit with Damiska. My dog is always excited to see Damiska which is plus. Thanks Damiska for all you do!?✨

Eloise from Petsmart grooming was very rude and disrespectful. It’s sad someone of her age still acts like an arrogant snotty teenager. I was a regular at Petsmart grooming but won’t go back.In a very non confrontational way, I explained I almost missed the appt because I signed up for text reminders but didn’t get one. Fortunately, I remembered and made it in time. She kept cutting me off and interrupting me in a very upset way. I told her I don’t feel comfortable moving forward with the appt today and she scolded me saying she was mad that she was out of an appt for the day. I’m sorry, but maybe treat your clients better so they don’t cancel on you. I took a long Uber ride to get the the grooming appt but I’d rather cut my losses than deal with a completely rude and unprofessional person.

Petsmart 369 Tarrytown RoadGreenburgh, NY 10607I am very upset and disappointed with the service received at Petsmart by the 2 groomers @ the grooming salon there. I will start with Grace. First able if you love your dog and want them to look good, I don't think Grace is the person you need. Not sure if Petsmart is the place that you need. If they do no have people with the experience of grooming they should have a grooming salon. We love our dogs like our kids. You want them to look good. Shame of them. I brought my miniature Poodle; his name is Toby. I asked him for a Teddy bear style haircut and showed her photos of how I wanted it. And she gave him a horrendous haircut. She left his face like a dinosaur. I wanted to cry when I saw it. The body hair cut is very short. Nothing look like the picture I show her. Haircut is totally horrendous he looks so ugly . I don't understand how this girl can work there. I called the corporation and make a complaint and I will also report it to the credit card to dispute the charges. Unfortunately there is no money that can help my dog at this time. Well, all his hair was totally damaged. And I took my other dog Nailah for a full hair, bath, and nail cut. And Jillian, after having it for 3 hours with the dog , When I went to get her, says that she was only able to cut the ends since it was her first Haircut. She claimed she trim her hair, But doesn't look like she did anything. Beside a bath. I ended up paying $74.00 for her give a bath to my dog and trim her face a little bit. But thank God nothing compared to Gracer's bad work. I never plan to take my dogs there again. Between Naila's bath/ trim and the cost of $91.00 pay to grace to damage his hair I just throw out $165.00. Now way for corporate resolution and Amex credit card with the resolution of disputing the charges. Open your eyes and search good when you want to take your dogs for grooming. Again Grace work I rate minus -0 This girl need intensive grooming training. And Jillian need to learn to communicate better with customer and let them decide if they can proceed or not.

Incredibly frustrated with the service we received today. After dropping our dog off at 9am, we got a call at 11:45 saying that they could not give our dog a bath because he was too anxious. That is a very valid reason but the call was 2 hours and 45 minutes after we dropped him off, meaning he was sitting in a cage the whole time!! Of which they admitted to when we came to get him. Their reasoning was that they had "2 express appointments" which still does not give them the right to leave our dog in a cage for 3 hours unattended. The bather wouldn't come out to talk to us and the 2 managers that came out were somewhat apologetic. Would not recommend their services to anyone.

Valerie is the best if you're looking for any aquatic buddies. She is incredibly knowledgeable and actually cares about the wellness of the critter. Rare to see in modern big chain pet stores, she will walk you through everything beginning to end to make sure you have the skills and knowledge to properly care for your new buddy.

The review is for grooming department. Ive been going to this PetSmart for about two years but I've had issues in last two visits. The first issue, I scheduled 7 am grooming session and could not get inside- the maintenance man was not informed so he would not allow me in. Once I was finally allowed in- I was informed there was no staff, they called out leaving me in a very difficult position since I couldn't leave my dog there and I had a very important 8 am meeting. It left me scrambling to manage getting to my job while my dog was with me.2nd time I scheduled for 5:30 pm on Friday, after work, since I was nervous after previous visit. The groomer seemed somewhat fearful/nervous of my 20 pound Pomeranian mix dog. It made me uncomfortable. She said it was because of the notes about my dog on the computer. No other groomer had ever complained about my dog so I was surprised about why she seemed so on edge. I asked her to read them and the first thing was that my dog is territorial with me (which I communicated this anxiety from the beginning since he is a rescue dog) and second it's that my dog doesn't like turbo dryer. Since I hadn't felt comfortable with her attitude towards my dog, I informed her that if she didn't feel comfortable she didn't have to do this and we could just leave. She didn't feel comfortable and I appreciated her honesty, however, she proceeds to tell me that I should have brought him earlier because he is an older dog ( 7 years old) and a 5:30 pm appointment is too late. Three hours is not enough time. I shouldn't be booking sessions that late in the day for a senior dog. No one ever communicated this to me or else I would have adjusted plans. I got a coupon book and my dog got a treat to make up for the inconvenience but we do not plan to return. We had to cancel our hiking plans for holiday weekend since my dog didn't get haircut.Overall- Communication is poor here so keep this in mind when planning visits.

So, I bought a new friend there. My pet hamster Rodney. The guy that helped me know everything there was to know about hamster's and helped pick out all the associated things needed. He didn't up sell me though. He pointed out mostly what things I needed and what the pet would like. I didn't spend a ton of money, I'm very happy with my pet and the store itself was awesome. I recommend for anyone to go there.
