“They got the work done more quickly than they said, but even more quickly than I expected. No complaints about the work; waiting area was nice, staff was nice. Easy to get an appointment, too. They don't do a complimentary wash like some other places have done, but that's fine with me. Overall, worth my driving out a little farther for good, efficient service.”

“My visit was amazing, 10/10 recommend ! My car had little scratches and paint marks from another car. The suave brothers took some liquid and simply wiped of the paint and scratches they also fixed carbon fiber tapping around my windows that the previous owner of the car messed up. They did all of this free of charge which I was extremely grateful for. They also support US troops which is always great! NAPA is a great store with great employees at this location. Prices are fair. They even have original parts for the 455 Olds Cutlass Vista cruiser engine. And their warehouse is second to none. Chris, the boss here is a super guy who's always on top of shipments and knows what's going on in his warehouse. Place is very clean there with CNYCS keeping on top of things. Busy place, I bought my car battery here. Brakes and struts too, for my 20 year old Car. Drop by and say hello. The store is always clean and well stocked. 5 stars!”

“I live on the North Shore of Oneida Lake. So you think that I choose to go to a local O'Reilly in Central Square New York and which I tried I called three times to it rang and did not stop. So I called Bridgeport. They answered after only one and a half to two rings. I had Pleasant person on the other end by the name of Steve who went above and beyond to make sure to help me find the best price of everything that I needed and did not leave me waiting and I appreciate that. It's too bad that other stores can't get the message I have more than one person working at a retail especially on the weekend”
“I stopped to buy transmission fluid for my van and when speaking to the man who was assisting me I found out that I couldn't use the fluid I was there to get but he did help me to find a mechanic who could tell me what I did need to keep my vehicle on the road”
“Fantastic people here. We stopped in looking for an Allen wrench to tighten a mirror on a bike. Bought a set - didn’t work, they found another singe Allen driver on a socket, it was the right size. They were ringing it up and one of the guys said “here’s one that’s left over, just an Allen wrench but you can have it.” How many places will pass up even a small sale to give you something for free? Please support these people - they deserve it.”
