“I live in a small town about 9-10 miles away from the Fayetteville Post Office. We have our own Post Office here. I drive the extra miles to Fayetteville because they do it all better than anywhere else around here and I'm also referring to other P.O. locations in the area.... The staff in Fayetteville is super, super friendly and helpful. They give tips and suggestions freely. The lines move fast and they make the whole errand a great experience....thank you all so much.”
“Thank you so much Alicia for sending my ID and bank card to me. I couldn't figure out where I had left it and was so happy to have it show up in my mailbox the next day! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Also, this is a lovely post office with great staff. Everyone is friendly, kind, and professional. -CW”
“MJ is great. He’s efficient and always smiling. He recalled our brief conversation from when I stopped in a week prior and complimented my hair cut that I had gotten since then.”
“This is one of the best post offices in Syracuse, NY. Excellent customer service! There's always someone always available to handle your mail and packages with a smile.”
“It saddens me to see that the Chittenango Post Office has so many Bad reviews, The Chittenango Post Office team is amazing! They are always friendly, always efficient, And have caught things for me, Like if something is supposed to go to my PO Box, but it's addressed to my street address. They really are great!!! And do an amazing job!!”
“Speaking specifically about the service within the post office, A+++! Josh is awesome whenever I bring my packages in (between 5 and 15 per week) to ship. Very quick at making the tracking and we can ever share a few words. Thanks!”
“I have nothing really negative to say. The people working there were quick, accurate and very pleasant. More pleasant than most clerks around the holidays. That building is starting to really show its age, though. Overall, a decent visit!”
“I'm glad this post office was here because I needed to drop off some postcards. The only drawback was that they open too late in the morning. Some of us have to get to work in the morning so their hours are not too convenient for everyone.”

“Had a Priority package sent from Florida on Saturday and was supposed to be here on Monday by 6pm! Never received ! Showed in West Palm beach for 3 days. No updates. So went Into Manlius location for possible help and they were so nice and helpful! Although they saw same thing I did online. They assured me they would try to figure out what was going on! Well they did and about 10:45 this morning a ring at the door and a very nice gentleman had my package in hand! Wish I had his name but looked like he went above and beyond to make sure I received it! A huge thank you!!!!”
