“There are a lot of post offices to choose from in Syracuse and this one is my favorite. Staff are friendly, small waiting area that is quick even when crowded the wait isnt unbearable.”
“I visit this post office often for both my personal and business mail. The staff are always respectful, professional, and efficient. It’s a place where you can actually experience a bit of Joy while running your errands. Always a pleasure to stop by!”
“I have nothing really negative to say. The people working there were quick, accurate and very pleasant. More pleasant than most clerks around the holidays. That building is starting to really show its age, though. Overall, a decent visit!”

I went to this branch on a random Tuesday morning and it was downright peaceful and pleasant. The lady that served me was friendly, helpful, and efficient.”

“The employees here are saints. Whenever I’ve gone to this location, there is at least one customer screaming about something they had absolutely no control over (as if stamp prices nationwide are set by the employees in Syracuse). Still, the workers here are professional and patient with them.”
“I'm glad this post office was here because I needed to drop off some postcards. The only drawback was that they open too late in the morning. Some of us have to get to work in the morning so their hours are not too convenient for everyone.”

“The James st branch isn't the most convenient for me to go to, but it's my #1 choice regardless. We'll worth a few minutes extra drive. Employees are great, knowledgeable and very helpful. On street parking in front, with decent room for multiple vehicles”

“I had to mail something via certified mail and dropped in with my son yesterday afternoon. We ended up being helped quickly while having a very delightful conversation with two of the most polite, kind and helpful post office workers I have ever encountered! One even had some decor at her station that was just so whimsical and unexpected :) We wish them both all the very best.”
