She has always been so very helpful and supportive and she is always in a fun and happy mood no matter what! She goes above and beyond her means! I won’t move my unit mainly because of her! “Great introductory prices. Can only pre-pay for 6 months then the cost goes up a LOT, but they will do their best to work with you. If you go in the winter, bring a shovel to clear out in front of your unit where the plows can't reach. I had a slide which didn't want to slide well and the attendant went right out to it to take care of it. No issues with leakage with the MASSIVE amounts of rain (and snow) we have had since February. Very helpful staff.”

“Setting up the move was easy and Brenda was very pleasant. Our move was scheduled for a Sunday at 9:00. The moving team was 1/2 hour late to arrive and when I called to check on their status no one answered the phone. The delivery when fine but the crew mistakenly left my parent’s bed frame in the truck. Again, we called the office to check on the missing frame, again there was no one at the office to respond. They ended up finding the rails and bringing them back the next day. However, my elderly parents had to sleep on the couch the first night in their new apartment. I suggest that if they are going to do business on the weekends, they need to monitor their phone for customer issues.”
“The vehicle's driver side door was not sealed well, there was a lot of air flow and outside noise heard within the cab each trip.
The service at the location for pick-up and drop-off was fantastic. The staff were friendly and fast, it was super convenient.”

“Had to move my 88-year-old mother-in-law out her apartment as she is in Rehab and won't be able to return to her apartment. needed a clean, secure and large enough unit near her apartment to enable move with many trips.B and C storage had two facilities in Dewitt nearby and the one on Manlius Center Road had a 10 x 10 unit available. I rented online and also purchased insurance. Sharon from the office called me with temporary code for storage access as the unit i rented is inside. Once I got there and checked the unit it was nice to see it was sealed with a seal and that they have a welcome bag with a free disc lock with instructions on how to lock unit. The storage facility is clean and well maintained. they also have a 2 wheel and four-wheel dolly in the hall for your use along with a door stop to hold open outside door so you can easily access and move in and out. So far all has gone well.I have completely filled the unit and their unit calculator tool is a great help in figuring out sizing.”
