“I genuinely never expected to be this impressed by a storage facility, but Extra Space Storage in Manlius deserves every one of these five stars! The bright green is actually what first caught my attention—I love that they’re bold enough to stand out! The prices are very reasonable, the building is immaculate, and I really appreciated being able to see the unit both online and in person before deciding. But what really made the experience was Jeff. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. He took the time to understand my situation and made sure I got the right size unit at the right price for what I needed. He explained everything clearly, showed me how the keypad worked, and made the whole process incredibly easy. He even gave me a beautiful, perfectly preserved moth he had found—which might sound a little strange, but I absolutely loved it and thought it was so thoughtful! Great prices, spotless facility, and exceptional customer service. I’m very happy I chose this location and would absolutely recommend it!”

“Could not recommend more! My husband and I moved across the country and went with pods to ship our belongings. Lynette was our driver and she was an absolute ROCKSTAR! She’s an expert driver who knows her stuff, but more than that she is an incredible person. Kind, empathetic with a positive can-do attitude. Chatting with her was a joy and she made what could have been an extremely stressful experience, seamless. We ran into some hiccups getting the pod delivered due to spacing and downtown city parking and she worked with us and her manager James (who was also incredibly kind and helpful) to get us our stuff safely. We knew we were in good hands. Lynette went above and beyond anticipating our situations unique needs and arranged to come early and out of her way to pick up our pod so that the truck had the space to get the job done. Huge thank you to both Lynette and James, the world needs more people like you!”
