“I had a serious issue with my plow truck—it wouldn’t move and there was transmission fluid everywhere. It ended up needing a transmission cooler, new lines, and a transmission dipstick. I had it towed to Fellow Car Care, and Justin was incredibly helpful from the start. Since it’s a plow truck, I needed it fixed ASAP, and he completely understood how important that was. He made it a priority and got the job done quicker than I expected. The work was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I’d absolutely give Justin and Fellow Car Care a 5-star review and highly recommend this business”
“I came here on a Tuesday night around 7 pm and was pleasantly surprised with the fact that it wasn't too busy.
Our first stop was to get gas and any Costco that has a gas station gets automatic brownie points.
Unlike many Costco locations in Canada, we didn't struggle to find a spot to sit and eat. The place was also cleaner than most locations and staff were very friendly and responsive when we asked for assistance (e.g. when I let an employee know that the napkin dispensers were empty, he promptly came out to fill them).
We ordered a hot dog (with complimentary fountain drink), pepperoni slice, Caesar salad, chicken bake, and fruit smoothie, all of which tasted great and was at good temperature when the order was received.
The warehouse itself was also quite clean with organized and spacious aisles.
An employee collecting carts was friendly and came over to collect our cart at our car when we finished unpacking and wished us a goodnight. All on all, a great Costco run at this location.”

“Excellent savings on shop rates and plenty of knowledge on cars. I saved about 66% over all from what a corporate shop in Auburn wanted. With state inspection. I have worked on cars. For a long time. I moved in to other work and recently had a baby. So this shop working with me on cleaning parts and clearing codes to see what came back on and save me some money was very important to my family. The car we had worked on is only worth what another shop quoted us. This was the best experience and state inspection for any car I have ever owned. I am 41 and know cars well. I will definitely be a life long customer. The ability to do inspections and be kind on price is very admirable and generous. Shops charge way more than this particular shop and I am thankful.Services: Tires”

“Be careful using your card one of the employees doesn't know what he's doing and screws up transactions I ended up paying for somones smokes after I had already paid for my gas because he charged it to my card somehow after I left the building I am not a smoker”

“My husband and I are from Rochester and had never been to Skaneateles before. We decided to visit yesterday for my birthday to look around and grab some lunch. Unfortunately, I locked my keys in the car as soon as we got there. I called AAA for assistance, but your employees (I don't know their names) were SO helpful. They gave my husband a tool to try to get the door open, which didn't work. One of the young girls there went to her car to see if she had anything in there that would open my car and another young man came out with a modified tool to see if he could open my car. Although none of these things were successful, we just wanted you to know how much we appreciated all their help. They certainly went over and above their job descriptions!! You should be proud to have them as employees.”
