“My granddaughter had a flat tire because she hit the curb to avoid a driver that was on his phone coming into her lane. David at C & B Auto saw what happened and came to her rescue. He pulled the car into his parking lot and put on a brand new tire. Not only did he put the tire on but he looked under the car to make sure that there was nothing wrong. When she asked him how much she owes, he said NOTHING. I couldn't believe it. There are still good people in the world and they are at C & B Auto. I am telling everyone about C & B Auto and what they did for my granddaughter. You guys are truly amazing and thank you so much for what you did for my granddaughter. “A great, large and clean gas station and convenience store. General merchandise available inside.. Great deals on drinks and such. And always well stocked shelves in every other department. Checkout is usually very quick and accurate. Pay at the pump if you prefer not to go inside. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Pumps are well lighted but can be a bit cramped if two vehicles trying to pass lol. All in all a great chain of stores and this is no exception.”

“Stopped here for some drinks and gas after stopping at my father's house. The guy working behind the counter was loving life. If you dont feel better after leaving there, you must be really down. Didnt even really talk to him but he was making everyone going in there laugh. My wife and I were laughing rhe whole way home. Wish everyone loved their life and job as much as that dude. Give him a raise! Best customer service. He was working Tuesday night at 830 dec 29th if his boss is reading this.”

“My husband and I are from Rochester and had never been to Skaneateles before. We decided to visit yesterday for my birthday to look around and grab some lunch. Unfortunately, I locked my keys in the car as soon as we got there. I called AAA for assistance, but your employees (I don't know their names) were SO helpful. They gave my husband a tool to try to get the door open, which didn't work. One of the young girls there went to her car to see if she had anything in there that would open my car and another young man came out with a modified tool to see if he could open my car. Although none of these things were successful, we just wanted you to know how much we appreciated all their help. They certainly went over and above their job descriptions!! You should be proud to have them as employees.”
