“Some hero's wear CVS badges and close on Wednesday!
Imagine working half the day on a banner that was needed for Thursday morning, only to have half of it cut off and the print unusable. This is for your Childs pre-k graduation and it's 7pm the night before, so you ask how long it would take til print another if sent. The Middletown 211 store was honest and helpful, but I still need to send another print and hope it's done in time.
TWO different stores canceled my order the moment it was received, placed and canceled. Marlborough was the only one to go through. At this time it is not in my hands so I am still stressing. Waiting and waiting for a message upon completion, we go to the store. It's 3 minutes till closing and I can see it being printed. Nothing has cut off and it's perfect.
These employees .... With zero hesitation, no attitude, no push back-- they stayed late, let it print, added the grommets and said here you go WITH A SMILE! I have worked in retail and customer service for 15 years and it is rare to find employees willing to stay the extra time or put in the extra effort, and I, not only got to witness it, got to experience it.
Two heroes saved my son's graduation. I don't know their names and they never asked for recognition, on 7/29/26 at Marlborough CVS, two closing employees went above and beyond the standard.
My name is the same on the photo order, corporate. This is real. Please acknowledge these two amazing individuals because they make CVS worth coming three towns over for.”
“Call ahead on Friday, then pick up your delicious lunch order on Saturday! Great reason to take a trip to the hamlet of Highland to enjoy its shops, bars, restaurants, local natural sights, & hiking trails! Pictured here is an order of beef over rice, perfectly seasoned in a mildly spicy experience. The salad & rice cleanse the palate in a healthful & refreshing way. Only complaint is the overly generous offering of tahini (sesame sauce) in a non-leak-resistant container; had I traveled a longer distance before enjoying my lunch, the sauce probably would've leaked all over the contents of the bag.”

“The main reason I began visiting Flory was because of their automatic entrance door. It helps me greatly with my physical disability. Shortly after becoming a regular customer, I realized the staffs were treating me like a family member ( with gentleness, care, compassion and understanding). One of the young staffs seems to have interest in learning ASL ( American Sign Language) as I’m deaf and she always tries to sign to me. Flory is like a deli — it sells a variety of food and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I personally like all of the staffs there as they seem to be great people who value their customers.
And finally, police officers are often seen there enjoying their break time, which makes the area feel safe and pleasant.”
“Recently came here as I needed to put air in my tires. The staff inside, Waseem, was very helpful. I was embarrassed but asked if he would be able to help me as I haven’t done it myself in years. He helped the other customer in the store and then immediately not only came out and filled all my tires for me, he also showed me how to check and use the machine myself. Very thankful he helped me when I was stressing over the low tire pressure light that came on that morning 😅”

“I was so impressed with this store. The service was excellent. I was greeted by Billy before the door even closed and asked if I need help. Wow, I was so shocked that I paused because you don't get good service like that anymore. I wanted ice cream and a breakfast sandwich which they gladly made fresh for me. I would highly recommend going here. Thank you, Billy,for your excellent service and will be there again.”

“Usually I stop in once in a while for breakfast and maybe picking up a couple things along the way. Yesterday I purchased bread from there and I opened it up today and it was moldy. The best by date was May 15 and I missed that when picking up the bread because I had assumed the bread was checked regularly. Please make sure associates are checking the bread when stocking it. Thank you.”
“It's a Stewart's so in theory they should all be similar. Clean store and nice staff at the Newburgh Route 52 location. They meet all of my milk, egg, and ice cream needs along with other snack and essential items always available.”
“Roast beef, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, Mayo, onions. Sandwich was awesome. Bread was fresh, even later in the afternoon. Service was friendly and fast. Price comparable for other deli's in the area. No complaints. Definitely recommend this deli. Will be back.”

“I was this at this place, as not a local but passing by. The location was easy to access, alot of parking. Great service. While stopping i tried there MTO. Was really surprised. The hoogie was freshly made, with my liking toppings. The fresh fries were air fried never seen that befroe, was good!. Milkshake good, dragonfrurit was okay. But my best thing was car wash. It had option for touch less which is amazing. Thank you, quickchek I had a wonderful time!”

“If you have a Walmart + membership you can use it to save money while pumping gas here. All you do is scan the QR code and it will charge the card that you have saved to your Walmart Plus account. It looks like I saved $0.15 per gallon. Not a bad deal.”
“My favorite sandwich combo is pepperoni, muenster, lettuce, & tomato w/ a little bit of mayo. Also, for much of 2023 & '24 thus far, I've been helping Dimpi's move its old stock of Bud Light bottles & cans. This might be due to a politically motivated "boycott" of Bud products. Apparently, some fragile little men regard other people's gender identity as an affront to their existence. It's one of the latest "moral" panics!”

1. I know how hard my staff and I work to deliver exceptional customer experiences and create a sense of community for the people we serve. 2. Whether you are a 3 times a day regular customer or pass through once in a while or once a week, we strive to offer what you are craving, make you feel valued and leave in a better mood wanting to come back.
3. We take great pride in our friendliness, cleanliness, as well as consistency and value in the products we serve.
In other words, I believe we SUCCEED WILDLY in the variables we can control.
With that being said, there is always room for improvement and occasionally we may miss the mark or fail to deliver on our promises. We may be out of stock of your favorite product. Rarely, you may have a poor customer experience. On those days have some of our delicious ice cream or high quality coffee, I guarantee it will immediately improve those off days.
