Erica went above and beyond to transfer my urgently needed prescription to her pharmacy after an unpleasant experience at the CVS on 2503 South Road. Erica is kind, caring, professional and super efficient! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Her team mate Paige is equally diligent and friendly. I wish all pharmacies were this great! “I am from way upstate and when I travel to Poughkeepsie from the city I always try to stop and get a Stewart's Brownie or a slice or a burger. The Breakfast sandwiches are awesome. I always get a half and half Iced tea refresher. Helps me with my home sickness.
Stewart's are always welcoming and friendly. Glad I found this one so far south. but north to me”

“It's the only place around if you have a bad habit of vaping (good assortment)....average price for gas compared to others. The store is pretty clean, and they have a good selection of munchies...and beer. There's never much of a wait, besides the lotto heads playing every number they see...lol. J/K.”
“I frequent the Stewart's on route 44 in Poughkeepsie New York I don't know what I would do without that store the workers in there are so kind and so helpful, especially Cheyenne in the Poughkeepsie route 44 store she works so hard and is always willing to help she knows how to perform great customer service. The workers in there all are great in customer service. I feel like it's your corner grocery store”

“My favorite sandwich combo is pepperoni, muenster, lettuce, & tomato w/ a little bit of mayo. Also, for much of 2023 & '24 thus far, I've been helping Dimpi's move its old stock of Bud Light bottles & cans. This might be due to a politically motivated "boycott" of Bud products. Apparently, some fragile little men regard other people's gender identity as an affront to their existence. It's one of the latest "moral" panics!”
“FULL DISCLOSURE - My name is Jim Szamreta and I manage this location. I give our location 5 Stars for several reasons:
1. I know how hard my staff and I work to deliver exceptional customer experiences and create a sense of community for the people we serve. 2. Whether you are a 3 times a day regular customer or pass through once in a while or once a week, we strive to offer what you are craving, make you feel valued and leave in a better mood wanting to come back.
3. We take great pride in our friendliness, cleanliness, as well as consistency and value in the products we serve.
In other words, I believe we SUCCEED WILDLY in the variables we can control.
With that being said, there is always room for improvement and occasionally we may miss the mark or fail to deliver on our promises. We may be out of stock of your favorite product. Rarely, you may have a poor customer experience. On those days have some of our delicious ice cream or high quality coffee, I guarantee it will immediately improve those off days.
EVEN BETTER, have it on me. If you take the time to speak with me or my assistant manager Theresa and offer us an opportunity to improve your next experience. Give us the chance to either win you over or restore your trust and I will buy your next coffee or scoop of ice cream.
Hall of Fame Baseball Players succeed 1 out of every 3 trips to the plate. Weather-People are right less than that. I KNOW we succeed far more often than that and am confident we hit far more home runs than we have strike outs.

“I come in often. The staff is most always friendly and helpful. The twins are fantastic. I would especially like to highlight Marisa. She always has a smile and kind words for every customer. She is attentive, knowledgeable about the store, and is always cleaning when she is not helping customers. It is quite clear that Marisa truly cares about the business; it's not just a job for her. She should be viewed as highly valued employee, as well as given due consideration for advancement opportunities and increased financial compensation. In today's world, conscientious and hard working personnel such as Marisa, are rare. Retaining such an individual should be of the utmost priority.

“TOTAL-31/2 stars rounded up. This little gas station is short on real estate but big on CONVENIENCE: Grab'nGo food and beverage options, and a gentleman with a lovely attitude earns 5 stars. LOCATION: Red Oaks Mills intersection at Spackenkill, Vassar, 376/New Hackensack. Deduct a 1/2 star for the inferior Dunkin' Donuts that is on site (which sells stale donuts and requires waiting in a second transaction and line). PARKING: Entering and exiting is tight and a bit complicated-careful. There is no drive through and very limited parking and the large. GAS PRICING: The day I visited, gas prices at the pump were 10 cents lower than three neighboring stations. RATE: Star reduction for the really tight parking squeeze and price sign that is often not working. In other words, you need to actually pull up to the pump to see the prices.”

“It's ok, 2x now women's bathroom was locked. Knocked and didn't here anyone. Employee on speaker phone with someone, not really paying attention to customer. Whatever happened to customer's come first. Also, is this Speedway or 7 Eleven?”
“By far the cleanest convenience store I have ever been in. That alone is worth 5 stars, but the egg and cheese sandwich was also excellent and the employees were all friendly and courteous.”

“I had diarrhea in this gas station once. I was in the restroom for half an hour, my butt acting like a fountain. They were closing and thankfully the cashier let me finish. I didn't buy gas or anything. I'll never have fish tacos again. I'm only giving four stars because their tp was thin and rough and took about 4 hours and some aloe to feel normal again.”

“I was not a current customer of Walgreen. I called for help because my drugstore didn’t have the medication that my wife needed to have that day. They were very helpful. Filled the prescription quickly. Call my pharmacy to get the prescription my wife called them for instructions and they took all the time she needed to tell her how to take the medication very nice people.”
“It is always a great experience when I have a pickup at this facility. Usually arrive the night before and given a door around 7am when the staff arrives. And that's with a 2 or 3pm pickup time. Keep us truckers moving. Thanks EFCO????”

Every time I stop in, I can find exactly what I need without any hassle, and the team here always works hard to keep the shelves stocked and the checkout lines moving.
I also want to respectfully pay tribute to someone who made a huge impact on this store for many years — Sandy. Anyone who shopped here regularly knew just how wonderful she was. She was the kind of person who made you feel welcomed the moment you walked through the door. Sandy treated everyone like family, always had a smile, and went above and beyond for customers without ever expecting anything in return. Losing her is truly heartbreaking, and you can feel the difference because she was such a big part of this location’s spirit.
Even through the sadness, I still want to give this store a full 5 stars for the dedication the staff shows every day and for the many years of kindness and hard work Sandy gave to this community. She will always be remembered and appreciated.”
