“Will now ONLY go to grand Ave Verizon store for any of my phone purchases or issues! The guy who helped me was AMAZING! Super knowledgeable and helpful and made the process easy! I have been to Austin st and other Verizon stores and they weren’t as good!”

“I came to the store to get help paying a bill and setting up autopay. Richie, the General Manager, welcomed me warmly and was very kind and helpful in assisting me with settling the bill. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service experience, and I will definitely come back whenever I need other services.”
