“I have been with Verizon for many decades, and recently had the misfortune of my phone malfunctioning and not able to power on. While Verizon sent me a replacement, I wanted to see if there way any way to get 4 years worth of data from my old phone to the new one. I looked up Verizon stores and found this one with the most and highest reviews. When I arrived, Josh and Xavier were eager to help me out and said they would try everything possible to get my data transfered. There was nothing in it for them, but they really tried their best, even calling in a technician to look at my phone specifically. I really felt like they went above and beyond, and I really appreciate that as a customer. Would certainly recommend using this store for any mobile needs.”

When I walked into this store i didn't imagine that the costumer service from the workers was going to be that good but I was sorprised.
