“I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store on Saturday, August 1st. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by the sparkling magenta entrance, and the store was clean, organized, and had a friendly atmosphere.
Solinne was the representative who helped me, and she provided excellent customer service. She helped me purchase an Apple Watch and took the time to clearly explain the Visa option and answer all of my questions. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy. “I am giving 4 stars because the service quality was very inconsistent between staff members.
When I first tried to switch from a prepaid plan to a postpaid plan, I was disappointed with the experience. The staff member I spoke with asked for many documents, and the process felt complicated and frustrating.
However, my experience with Mr. Angel was completely different. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He helped me complete the entire postpaid registration process in about 30 minutes. Everything was smooth and straightforward.
I’m not sure what the standard procedure is for opening a new postpaid account, but the difference in service between staff members was significant. For that reason, I cannot give the store 5 stars overall. However, Mr. Angel personally deserves 5 stars for his excellent customer service.

“I went into this store to have my wife switch over from AT&T to T-Mobile. To make a long story short, there was a lot of complications doing this because of AT&T. But lucky us we was being helped by a lady name Jahaira. She has to be one of the most pleasant store assistant/sales rep I have ever met. It took more than an hour but not one time did she show any frustration at all. The store closes at 8pm and we was there passed that time. Her other co-workers went home but she continuosly helped us. She always had a smile on her face and was always super informative and helpful. Her customer service was outstanding.
