8710 Northern Blvd D-E, Jackson Heights NY 11372
“I visited the T-Mobile store at 87-10 Northern Blvd, on May 20th, upon walking through the door Frank greeted me and ask how can he help me. I told him what I would like to do and so he introduced me to Sheryl. They were both very professional and well informed, answering my many questions. I understood what would work for me and together we decided what was best for my needs. I walked out feeling well taken care of, and will recommend T-Mobile to my family and friends.”

“I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store on Saturday, August 1st. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by the sparkling magenta entrance, and the store was clean, organized, and had a friendly atmosphere. Solinne was the representative who helped me, and she provided excellent customer service. She helped me purchase an Apple Watch and took the time to clearly explain the Visa option and answer all of my questions. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy. Thank you, Solinne, for such a positive experience!”

“I am giving 4 stars because the service quality was very inconsistent between staff members. When I first tried to switch from a prepaid plan to a postpaid plan, I was disappointed with the experience. The staff member I spoke with asked for many documents, and the process felt complicated and frustrating. However, my experience with Mr. Angel was completely different. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He helped me complete the entire postpaid registration process in about 30 minutes. Everything was smooth and straightforward. I’m not sure what the standard procedure is for opening a new postpaid account, but the difference in service between staff members was significant. For that reason, I cannot give the store 5 stars overall. However, Mr. Angel personally deserves 5 stars for his excellent customer service. Thank you, Mr. Angel, for your help!”

“I went into this store to have my wife switch over from AT&T to T-Mobile. To make a long story short, there was a lot of complications doing this because of AT&T. But lucky us we was being helped by a lady name Jahaira. She has to be one of the most pleasant store assistant/sales rep I have ever met. It took more than an hour but not one time did she show any frustration at all. The store closes at 8pm and we was there passed that time. Her other co-workers went home but she continuosly helped us. She always had a smile on her face and was always super informative and helpful. Her customer service was outstanding. The world needs a lot more people like Jahaira, God bless her. I thank you very much Jahaira! T-Mobile I hope you will acknowledge how lucky you are to have Jahaira as an employee and would expect you to give this lady a raise and a promotion.”
