“Monkey sports manager Ryan and counter sean in farmingdale helped me out with a damaged goalie helmet the day before we went to a tournament in st.louis. They went over the top for my son and cant thank them enough!!! It resulted in a Gold medal win at the State Wars roller hockey tourney.”
“I’ve been coming here for years this review is long overdue. I started playing airsoft here years ago. Shaq, the owner is an awesome guy, any time I have a problem with my airsoft gun, he and Rich the main tech are always able to help. And if something is not worth the money, they will tell you no question. They have everything from your basic m4 rifles to bolt action snipers and everything in between. Not to mention the accessories like optics and grips as well. Their field is so much fun as well refs are awesome and make sure everyone has a good time. Definately recommend for new and experienced players. If you’re new check out the starter bundles they have defibately worth a look. Shout out to Shaq, Rich and everyone there!”

“The people here are great, especially Vinny! Went in yesterday with my young daughter who was unfortunately having a tough time and emotional unless I was holding her. Vinny was beyond patient as I was helping her calm down and helped me get the pair of shoes I wanted and was smiling and friendly the whole time. Haven’t had as good of an experience from a salesman in a store in a long, long time. (He did beat me today in a half marathon though so minus 5% haha)”

“Very very happy and satisfied with this shop!Shop owner very helpful and knowledgeable I found out a few tips on knife carry in the New York region and we ended up sharing some stories for a good 20min.Point of my story I went there to get a knife tool to fix and adjust my knives I have and she ended up actually giving me the Kershaw tool for free and I never even paid anything!Being kershaw is also 1 of the best in the game and highly recommend going to their store to support and check it out !!!Thank you so much Geri! ?”

“I have been playing tennis for over 25 years and just recently got back in the game. For years, I shopped other large sporting good stores that sold everything from fishing poles, to tennis shoes. When I walked into Bill's Top Spin store, I had no idea how much it would change my tennis game. Bill sized my feet correctly and I fit into the BEST pair of tennis shoes I have EVER fit in - in my LIFE. In fact, I now wear them off the court as they are just my regular walk around shoes (KSwiss Widefit!). Bill has helped me purchase a new racket and even told me NOT to buy a racket when he knew a newer version was coming out a few months away. “I had placed an order online to Manhattan. I misread and thought it was one day shipping. It wasn’t. I was a little upset. I forget the man I spoke to regarding my order, but he was so nice and understanding and even got my order out in two days. The customer service alone was fantastic.
I’m a native Long Islander and avid darts player living in NYC the past few years. I never knew about this store. I’ll be happy to support and buy from them again on the fact of how nice that guy was on the phone with me when I was frustrated.”

“I bought a pair of hockey skates at one of the big name hockey stores, but when I noticed the boots were cracked after a year they just shrugged, so I took them to Andy Cozzi to see if he could at least fix a torn eyelet. He could have sold me a new pair of pricey skates on the spot, but instead he repaired the eyelet for free and haggled with the manufacturer for months to get the skates not only replaced but upgraded. That personal touch and extra effort is the difference between a small craftsman and a big faceless corporation. Instead of making a quick buck Andy got a customer for life... even sharpened the new runners and refused to charge me. Great experience!”
