“I am expecting my first baby in January and went in to do a layette appointment with Sydney. It was the best experience, she had a selection of the cutest clothes, blankets, bibs, burp clothes etc. and helped pick out the best stuff to fit all of the babies needs in the first few weeks! “I’m a frequent shopper at this location and am always satisfied with the customer experience and how orderly and neat the store is, therefore it’s not overwhelming to shop. Latesha is an asset to the company because she makes sure she provides a lovely shopping experience and is so sweet and friendly which really speaks to how the company treats their employees. “I discover the brand when they had a pop up store at Riverhead tanger outlets! Bought a Tshirt back then and when I discovered they opened an actual store at Roosevelt field mall, I definitely wanted to visit! The workers are highly knowledgeable about their products and are helpful! I personally like some of the interesting designs on some of their shirts, while the brand is a bit more high end then I normally wear but they are well stocked and worth checking out whether you like that brand or never heard of it, you should check it out!”

Delaney was so helpful and showed me a different version of the skinny jeans I had cone in for and in both colors! Very sweet and helpful. Made my shopping experience much better as I walked out with the black and dark navy I wanted. Great associate! I'm the lady with the purple hair.”
“What I like about this Gap in Plainview, is that I can find nice colors to match. Before and most recently, I happened in there after seeing nice window displays. I ended up on two different occasions buying sweat suits. The first one is a purple blend with a hood. This most recent visit, I got a shirt, sweatshirt and sweatpants in a brick red orange color. Kinda of nice as many sport type places sell the standard gray, black... colors. They did of course sign me up for Gap points for future coupons and discounts. Even with their so said discount sales and coming out with 3 pieces at 75 plus tax, rounding off to 25.00 or so for each piece to make a set. It is not a store I frequent, but I do like stopping in from time to time.”

“I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend, and I wasn’t exactly sure what kind of style he would be into from the selection of clothes. But this nice employee with short curly hair went up to me and asked me if I needed help. I told him and showed him a photo of my boyfriend and he helped me pick out a set of outfits that I could buy, eventually we settled on one. We we're treated so professionally and kind by a young lady named Cynthia who i later found out was the store manger. She was so busy with inventory but still made it an amazing experience. “Stopped by H&M at Roosevelt Field Mall, and honestly, this location was a very solid experience overall.
The store is clean, bright, and well-organized, which makes a huge difference when browsing. Sections are clearly laid out, sizes are easier to find than at many other H&M locations, and the overall flow of the store actually makes shopping enjoyable rather than overwhelming. You don’t feel like you’re digging through chaos to find something decent.
Selection-wise, this H&M is well stocked with a good mix of basics, seasonal pieces, and trendier items. Whether you’re looking for casual wear, work basics, or something quick and stylish, there’s a lot to choose from. Quality is what you’d expect from H&M — some pieces are better than others — but if you take a moment to browse, you can definitely find items that feel worth the price.
What stood out most was that the store felt properly managed. Staff were visible, helpful when needed, and the checkout process was smooth without unnecessary delays. Compared to some other large retailers in the same mall, this location feels more put together and customer-focused.
Overall, a good H&M experience and one of the better locations I’ve visited. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re shopping at Roosevelt Field Mall and want affordable, stylish pieces without the frustration that sometimes comes with fast-fashion stores. Would come back again.”
“I would like to give 5 stars to Katelyn! It was my first time going to Janie and Jack at the Roosevelt Field Mall and called to ask their location. Katelyn was very kind to give me instructions! She actually stayed on the phone and waited to check if I got to the store safely! She went beyond her ways to help her customer!”
“This H&M location doesn’t get as busy as the other ones in other malls. I love it here since there aren’t any crowd and makes it easy to shop and to get assistance. Unfortunately, this location may be temporarily closed soon to the mall closing all the stores for renovations. Hopefully, after renovations this H&M is still at the same convenient location on the main floor. The staff here are welcoming and extremely helpful. Also, in my opinion I believe this location also has better selection of the clothes. This locations staff do keep this store neat and clean and makes it easier for customers to find items.”
“I’ve had a great experience twice at Denny’s buying clothes for my nephew and niece. Quality clothes, a little pricey for everyday items but it’s great for specialty clothes and special occasions (bedazzled jackets, sequin skirts, embossed kids clothes, etc.). So far my nephew has gotten 3 seasons of wear out of a single outfit, the quality is on point. And my niece loves her sequin skirt. I’ll definitely return!”
