“Amazing experience at this store today because of Billy! Extremely courteous and helpful. Went to the back and grabbed a toolbox for me and looked for a long time for another tool that they unfortunately did not have in stock. These days you walk into many stores and can't find anyone to help you but this store is very different it's two thumbs up. Billy worked at a different location previously and was always extremely helpful anytime I've visited the store. Glad to see the company is recognizing the people who make their stores feel different than the norm these days. ??”

“Went in to get to get a toilet but hubby hadn't used is card for over a year so it was expired. Self check out only but Susan was so helpful she walked us through step-by-step through the sign in online process. She was very patient for my hubby had a older model phone. I have an iPhone 13. Should have done it with my iPhone to start with. Lol. Karla was also near by but Even though she was making sure and helping other customers with try check out she also was very pleasant. Will def go back again and again and again. Customer service was an A+.”

He took me step by step on a plumbing issue and I Aced the job. Saving me $100’s because if it weren’t for him I’d never be able to do on my own and Id have to call a Plumber.

“Very large local hardware store. Big parking lot. Store is fairly well merchandised but due to its size it seems kind of empty when you walk through it. One cashier, which was sufficient. A few employees on the floor to help find items. Large displays and case-cuts throughout. Very clean, well lighted space.”
“I was looking for an adapter and had been to numerous stores. I went into a plumbing supply store and was sent to Atlantic, with the recommendation, "If they don't have it, it doesn't exist", since then, I have saved my time and head straight here for all my hardware needs. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Atlantic hardware does not disappoint; I highly recommend them”

“This place is amazing! Because it's beautifully designed and organized. They have everything you can imagine (and more) yet doesn't appear cluttered. The staff are mostly older people that know and care about their products and customers. When I first walked in, I felt like I had come from a time machine and was experiencing a store setup like they were in the past, in a small town. The staff was genuinely friendly and interested in my project.”

“One of the better Home Depots I've been to.
I'm a retired electrician that's been to them in all 5 boros.
Some places looked sloppy with lazy workers.
This specific Home Depot was very neat & had everything we needed.
One of the workers spent a lot of time with me trying help me find a specific tool for a project.
Also helped my Nephew find what he needed.
The workers in this place seemed happy to work there. They kept the place clean. Which is very important when you're trying to find a device amongst thousands of other devices.
I can safely recommend this Home Depot.
The only caviat was no security in the parking lot which no places really have but all need.
You have to have eyes behind your head when you're out now crime is a big problem everywhere and vagrancy. If they don't get it under control everyone will start ordering stuff online and jobs will be lost. Put some security in the parking lots.”
“Sales person by the name of Carter approached me and asked me if I needed help. He was so helpful because I would’ve bought the wrong materials. I really appreciated his help. This store is always very clean and neat and well stocked. cashiers are always efficient”

“I testify to the upmost pleasant experience at The Home Depot of Levittown just moments ago.It started off with an emergency run to find a specific part to a cabinet. Home Depot is closing in 20 minutes and I was "that guy "running in there moments before they close.First off, the doors opened automatically. So I made a beeline to where I thought I can find the part and soon found myself waddling between the same two isles.Then, a wonderful worker, who was already engaged with a task, went great lengths to solve my issue. He lead me to another worker who knew like a computer: "Back wall, between 15 & 16" he spoke, a gentleman. He was on the money!I was then asked by the original worker who was about 20 isles away from me, performing his task, "hey, did you find those parts?" And another gentleman on my way towards the exit: "need help finding something, Sir?" As I glanced the isle for a composter: "next time" I said. The attention and care for customer success here is the best that I've seen in decades in a Home Depot. The care and concern made me feel like I was a part of something special. These workers don't need to be this considerate, but they chose to. Being the faces and voices of the company, these workers are worth a billion dollars and deserve their own stores. I will be a patron of The HOME DEPOT of LEVITTOWN for as long as it stays this consistent and gracious. It's truly an example and, what should be, the standard of all customer service teams. God Bless this crew of workers for their kindness.”

“I remodeled my kitchen using Lowe's in Farmingdale with designer Mark Prince. From June 2021 to Nov. 2021 Mark lived up to his name, he was a Prince, from design changes to installation of my kitchen he was very much involved. I selected Diamond Reflections, and though I had to wait 4-5 months for the product I was very happy. The Diamond cabinets all came in with little to no issues. My contractor also did a great job Jose Construction and the countertop/backsplash through Lowes was also a crowd pleaser. I am very happy with the products and service. I highly recommend working with Mark Prince, he is very customer oriented and very patient. My only other recommendations is to see the stone you select for your countertops and if you go through Lowes ask for Marlin and Sergio to install your countertops they are the best!”

“Great place has everything from a Ball Cock Valve to a copy of Yentl on vinyl. Was in the other day to buy a pencil and walked out with a Lionel Train set from 1965. The owner Tommy fived the dent on my Camaro by simply denting the other side so the dents matched and looked factory. Caught a shoplifter named "Sticky Fingers" Nicky and Tommy, the owner. gave me a choice of a roll of electrical tape or some bug repellent as a reward. Aces!!”

They showed me two carpets, one was olufin which I didn't like and then Ram showed me a nylon fiber berber which was great. They are great, i wish all Lowe's had workers like these two!....”
