“If you are a Northwell Health patient or not, this is the place to go, not only does the ordering Dr get your results back within a day, this is a walk-in Lab and the wait times are very short. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and most importantly, gentle to get you in, take your blood, and get you out very quickly. People who are not good with the sight of blood, they do make it a good experience, just look away, a small pinch and inside of 30 seconds you are done and walking out.”
“I’ve been going to this office for maybe 2 years now. Amy is great, the office is super clean and getting an appointment is easy. I decided to leave a review after my appointment today because I really appreciated how Amy and her staff accommodated me today. It was close to closing and I called to see if I can get a last minute appointment. I expressed my issue and discomfort and even though they were booked, they accommodated me to come in and saw me in a timely manner. I really appreciated that.
If you are looking for a primary care or somewhere to be seen, I’d definitely recommend.”

“Had my blood drawn by Sheher-Bano yesterday. As I have very poor venous access I was anxious. This lovely professional phlebotomist drew my blood with ease and no discomfort or bruising. Highly recommend this lab at Bethpage all staff was friendly and welcoming.”

“I've seen some bad reviews so I'll just share my experience.
I hate needles and was anxious about going but when I arrived I didn't wait long and the staff was very helpful. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was very kind, I didn't get her name. When I was done I felt very hot and she took care of me, gave me some water and an ice pack and made sure I felt ok before leaving.”
“The level of courtesy and bed side manner received from the young woman that took my blood at the Freeport NY location was excellent. I go every 6 months and always get her and she knows how to find my stubborn veins!!!”

“This facility is SPOTLESS! More IMPORTANTLY the staff here gets an A++. They are attentive, friendly and very professional as well as gentle. I am always apprehensive when I have blood drawn, because it's hard to find my veins. However, I left from my appointment ELATED with a HUGE smile and feeling AWESOME! I made the staff aware how AWESOME they are, as I walked out. They ALL deserve a RAISE!!!!”

“Mita is outstanding she went above and beyond to get the correct diagnosis codes so my insurance will cover it. My doctors office did not do it correctly. She spoke to my mds office asked to fax it many times and still my mds office did it wrong! Finally Mita got them to do it Right!! This is the only lab I come to! Mita customer service skills are outstanding!!!”

“I came here for a pre-employment drug test, and I was there when they opened. There were probably 10 or more people waiting in line but the office was very fast and efficient. The employees let us in as soon as they opened, and got to work right away, checking in three people at a time and worked through the line fast. They were professional and kind. I was very happy with my experience, especially since I was worried it would be very busy and a long wait.”
“The lab tech took her time with my daughter. She explained all procedures and kept my daughter talking as a distraction while drawing the blood. I highly recommend this location and kudos to the lab tech. I wish we got her name but she should Be recognized for her professionalism, patience and dedication to her job. She made this blood draw so much easier!”

“Facility is nice, plenty of parking. Park at the back of the building near entrance that is closest to the office (located on the first floor). Receptionist greeted us and treated us professionally. The blood technician, Betty, was very careful, patient and kind as she took blood from my elderly father who has very thin veins. She had to try twice and finally found a vein on top of his right forearm using a baby needle, most importantly not causing any pain.”
“I have been coming here for years to get my DOT Medical. The staff are professional, courteous, and dynamic. It's a busy office, but I'm in and out in under an hour; of course it helps to be prepared, and on time, for your appointment.”

“After reading the other google reviews I was skeptical to book my appointment here, but the lab staff exceeded my expectations. Phillip was friendly, attentive and personable and made the entire experience an enjoyable one even though it was a long test with multiple blood draws. His coworker did our last draw and I didn't get his name but he was lovely as well. The lab is in an old building, but it is clean and clearly well-maintained. I was nervous my prescription wouldn't be found as my doctor's office faxed it over on a Friday and my appointment was Monday, but Phillip had it ready when I checked in. He updated my insurance (that I wasn't able to do on the kiosk or the website) and promptly took me back for my appointment. I had multiple blood draws that day that I had to wait an hour for in-between each so from 8:30am to 12:00pm not a single patient waited in the lobby for longer than 5 minutes and everyone was greeted with a smile and left happy from what I could observe. I think this location was great and the staff that day really made it. I've been to many doctor's offices in the last year and this one labcorp visit was 10x more enjoyable than anywhere else.”

“The staff was very personable and very professional! The office is clean and the staff is knowledgeable. The only thing I’d change is the signing in process. It’s a little confusing because when you book the appointment online, when you arrive at Quest the site on your phone says “I am here” and if you click that it means you’re signed in but when you get inside the waiting room and see the kiosk you think you have to sign in again and nothing tells you that you don’t have to. And when you see everyone who comes in signing in at the kiosk you don’t know what to do.”
“I had taken a previous appointment so I received a text message asking me to touch one prompt on my arrival. I did. I was called in almost as soon as I walked in. Very smart idea and extremely convenient process.”

“The phlebotomist, Briana, was the best phlebotomist that ever drew blood from me. I get bloodwork taken at least once a week at various locations so I know what makes a great phlebotomist. She managed to get me on the first try, which is rare for me and she caused me no pain whatsoever. I hope that I will always get her when I go to the Quest in Seaford.”
