“I can see why now this Mavis has such high ratings. The kindness I experience was truly awesome. My car basically died on me and I had to have to towed to this location. JP was super kind when I dropped off the car as he probably saw I was freaking out a bit. He gave me a run down of what they would try to do to figure out what was wrong with my and I left feeling calm. Dillon called me the next day and explained what was going on with my car. I asked him to explain to me in layman’s terms which he proceeded to do in a very kind manner. Dealing with car troubles is never fun but when you’re dealing with kind people it helps alleviates the stress! Thank you both again!”
“This place is very good. The staff are very friendly and they are FAST! I was out in 35 minutes. All except for the alignment. I had to schedule that since there's only one machine and they're backed up.
As for the price I paid, since the tariffs are in effect, even they said it's not fair for any of us. Tires are expensive. But still I felt they tried to get me the best deal & worked within my budget.
I didn't have to wait for the tires to be ordered, they were in stock. I feel safe driving with new tires, even though I don't drive everyday. Knowing they're new is the best feeling.”
“I’ve been a proud customer of Brookside for almost 6 years now! Billy and his crew are always amazing. Sam at the front desk is also always kind and helpful on the phone. Going above and beyond for their customers, friendly and respectful they’re my favorite! Always within ear shot to at bare minimum give you an idea of what could be going on in a pinch. As a young woman I have never felt blindsided as Billy always explains what exactly is going on and what he is doing to fix it, that treatment is hard to find at car shops. Their pricing is exactly fair, also usually such a quick turn around to get your car back :)”

“If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. My daughter was on her way back to college after the holiday break and in the snowstorm slid into the back of a trailer truck and damaged the radiator & etc. Jeremy said leave the van and keys and they’d take a look at it. A single working day later it was ready for pickup. I’m 60 years old and have been maintaining my own vehicle since high school, and recently for a family fleet of 5 cars; so I know the cost of parts and fluids and tools and how long various repairs will take. The price was surprisingly reasonable and the care we received was excellent - I highly recommend this garage!!”
