My check engine and abs lights were on and although it was labor intensive, the crew at Bedrock got my 2008 truck running like new. “I happened to be in Goshen for a day and my AC was not blowing as cold as it should. I have a newer car with newer AC system and so started calling around to see if anyone could work on it sa.e day. Mike personally called me back within 15 minutes and told me to bring it over. I dropped it off and 4 hours later he had it backed to me blowing super cold. His communication was great, service was awesome, and attention to detail great. He even called me right before he left the shop for the day to make sure it was still blowing cold. That was probably my first and last time in Goshen, but I would recommend Mike's Auto Care to anyone. Thanks Mike, you did great!”

“Updated Review: After our original communications with the dealership and leaving this review we did hear from a manager. The manager was really helpful and ultimately hashed out a solution with Ford which included getting the fix for the vehicle done now. The wipers are now working and the manager is going to assist with making sure the work is covered as part of the known recall. Would say 4 stars because of the amount of effort to get to this point, but I gave 5 stars for the manager making a resolution happen quickly.
Original Review: Not the most helpful when the car has issues. My mother's 2020 Ford Escape with less than 100k miles has wipers that keep stuttering, freezing up midway, and then not moving at all. There is a recall, but no fix for all potentially impacted vehicles has been designated. In the meantime, Ford knows that for vehicles that actually have the issue, a motor replacement will get the wiper to work. Healey and Ford America both refuse to cover the work despite their known defect, so my mother has a car that can't be safely driven in snow/rain, or any less-than-ideal weather. Great job of standing by the product they sell.”
“I can see why now this Mavis has such high ratings. The kindness I experience was truly awesome. My car basically died on me and I had to have to towed to this location. JP was super kind when I dropped off the car as he probably saw I was freaking out a bit. He gave me a run down of what they would try to do to figure out what was wrong with my and I left feeling calm. Dillon called me the next day and explained what was going on with my car. I asked him to explain to me in layman’s terms which he proceeded to do in a very kind manner. Dealing with car troubles is never fun but when you’re dealing with kind people it helps alleviates the stress! Thank you both again!”

“I’ve been a proud customer of Brookside for almost 6 years now! Billy and his crew are always amazing. Sam at the front desk is also always kind and helpful on the phone. Going above and beyond for their customers, friendly and respectful they’re my favorite! Always within ear shot to at bare minimum give you an idea of what could be going on in a pinch. As a young woman I have never felt blindsided as Billy always explains what exactly is going on and what he is doing to fix it, that treatment is hard to find at car shops. Their pricing is exactly fair, also usually such a quick turn around to get your car back :)”
“This place is very good. The staff are very friendly and they are FAST! I was out in 35 minutes. All except for the alignment. I had to schedule that since there's only one machine and they're backed up.
As for the price I paid, since the tariffs are in effect, even they said it's not fair for any of us. Tires are expensive. But still I felt they tried to get me the best deal & worked within my budget.
I didn't have to wait for the tires to be ordered, they were in stock. I feel safe driving with new tires, even though I don't drive everyday. Knowing they're new is the best feeling.”

“Bradley‘s auto body helped me out so much. I went to Mavis to get new tires and they snapped one of my tire rods after this. They put in new ones that weren’t the right size for my car leaving my car undrivable. They lied to me and said the problem was with the subframe, not tie rods and refused to fix their mistake Doug at Bradley’s autobody, took a look at my car and called Mavis and himself to confront them about what they did. He even managed to get Mavis to pay me back the money it cost for the installation and a new tie rods that he had to buy. On top of the fix my car very quickly and had Mavis rectify their mistake without me, even asking him to do that. I will definitely be coming back here whenever my car needs repairs.”

“2015 BMW 328GT w/98k in mint condition needed a timing belt. BMW tried to gouge a loyal customer. I brought the car to Mike and he told me the price, fixed the car with OEM parts and half the price!!! Same parts, same work! I had never thought I would trust my BMW to anyone! Mike is straight up. No nonsense. And does excellent work. So far, so good on the timing belt. I am a fan and now will bring my BMW only to him. He is a great mechanic. Not cheap but fair. And…way better than BMW. I will keep the reader posted with updates. Wish I found Apt Motorsports sooner!!!”
