“This place is very good. The staff are very friendly and they are FAST! I was out in 35 minutes. All except for the alignment. I had to schedule that since there's only one machine and they're backed up. As for the price I paid, since the tariffs are in effect, even they said it's not fair for any of us. Tires are expensive. But still I felt they tried to get me the best deal & worked within my budget. I didn't have to wait for the tires to be ordered, they were in stock. I feel safe driving with new tires, even though I don't drive everyday. Knowing they're new is the best feeling.”

“Super honest and knowledgeable people here. Took great care of my 2012 Mustang. Was given a lazy fake diagnostic by another shop, and these guys proved them wrong easily. Extremely friendly and caring. Thank you guys”

“Rick has been my friend for as long as I can remember, and he has worked on my cars since I graduated from Volkswagen’s! He is a great guy, and a good friend to have. I’m starting to worry that he might retire!”

“Just had a new bumper and body work done on my 2018 Acura RDX John and his staff were very professional and polite. They went out of their way to get the part on a timely manner. They cleaned the car and it looks brand new. I would recommend them to anyone they have a Five Star Business.”

“Hit an object in the left hand lane of I-87 N and blew out both passenger side tires. State Police contacted this company on my behalf, and they couldn't have found a better towing company for me. The tow truck operator, Jeff, arrived promptly and was friendly, courteous and extraordinarily helpful. He made - what is often times a stressful experience - pleasant and seamless. Five gold stars.”

“Amazing experience, everyone was so friendly. Called them on a Saturday and they told me to come on down to look at my c7 Corvette. They test drove it, identified my issue, and gave me a quick solution. I had to beg them to take money from me. I just found my new mechanic!”

“I had all four of my tires replaced here and I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Sherry, (I apologize if I'm spelling it wrong), was extremely efficient, professional and knowledgeable. The staff in the shop did an impeccable job with the installation and alignment...my car drives like a dream! The tires on my car had to be special ordered and it was done in less than 48 hours! INCREDIBLE! THANK YOU to all of you at Ken's for an AWESOME job!!!”

“These guys were great to me today. My water pump on my 60 series detroit had been slowly leaking for about a week. In anticipation and knowing that its a part that isn't commonly on someone's shelf i bought one and had it with me. Well the old one gave up the ghost and I was really not wanting to replace it myself in a truck stop parking lot. I checked into TA maybrook and was told a 12 hr wait. I sat there thinking should I just fight it here in the drizzling rain and replace it or search for a local shop. D&S is practically across the street from TA so I called them. The owner said he'd fit me into a tight schedule and get on it immediately. As soon as I got there his mechanic john stopped what he was doing and started on my truck. The hourly rate was fair, the owner and office were kind and the mechanics are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. These people are great and willing to step out and help you get back on the road. I was impressed and thankful old school shops like this still exist.”

“We actually went to the country restaurant inside. The food was delicious, and the waitress Sahdya she was incredible, we had so many laughs, and she did her job very well. Every person that walked in, she greeted them with a smile, got them taken care of (mostly take out) and out the door. She was the only one working the floor and she aced it. Excited to go back again.”
