“I have had the most frustrating experience with FedEx this week. BUT I would just like to say Bridget who was working tonight was probably the most kind and helpful person ever. She was understanding, helpful and empathetic. As someone who is in customer service management I truly appreciated having someone that new how to deal with a situation with a frustrated customer. I drove over a hour to pick up and my package and wasn't there. She exhausted every option to help she was kind she even made sure to take a personal interest in resolving the issue and I showed up right before closing. She truly goes above and beyond. And I called 1800FedExgo after leaving.....that was ridiculous and pathetic the people on the phone literally put words in my mouth didn't listen to anything I said and made me want to throw my phone out the window. So yes to Bridget but FedEx do better.”

“Maybe I shouldn't spread this around, but during the holidays, when most post offices are sheer madness, this one is usually not busy. They are only open two hours on Sat. mornings, but I discovered one year how much of an advantage it is to go here those last couple of weekends before Christmas!”

The reviews are really surprising to me because I've never found the two guys working here to be rude. They're certainly busy, but they do a good job and always provide a great thoughtful service. They're also pretty quick, usually never a line.”

“My favorite local post office. Usually not too busy, I go here a lot. I like it better than downtown because there is a parking lot and (usually) shorter lines. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is small but it's very convenient for anyone in the Lansingburgh area.”

“Today we visited this USPS location to renew passports. My son, who is autistic, was very talkative and had difficulty staying quiet. The gentleman who processed our application recognized his needs and was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the process.
In addition, a lady whose name starts with C thoughtfully gave my son a coloring book, which meant a lot to us. Thanks to their understanding and kindness, we left feeling very happy and satisfied with the service.”

“For a long time our whole area had a lot of trouble with our mail delivery, but I'm so happy to say that seems to be a thing of the past. For the past few months we've had a mail carrier that is the absolute best! She is friendly, kind to our 2 barking dogs, and can always be counted on to deliver our mail. Today she drove the length of our mostly plowed, but still snowy driveway during a horrible snowstorm to deliver a package to me. Still had a smile on her face and her usual upbeat attitude. This woman is amazing. Please, please , Stillwater Post Office... this woman deserves a raise. We need to keep her around.”

“I ship with the Waterford post office pretty frequently as I run a decently high volume ebay store, and its the closest location to my work. I have nothing but amazing things to say about everyone who works there. From the Supervisor, Simon, right down through the rest of the staff. They have been nothing but helpful and accommodating with helping me run my small side business and figuring out a couple challenges I have faced. I'm sure working at the post office can be a very thankless job. Never applauded for the millions of packages that make it on time and always blamed for the mishaps. But i would just like to say THANK YOU to everyone who works there. I really appreciate your commitment to customer service, and will continue to use your location as long as I'm in this area.
