I rarely write reviews, but this time I absolutely have to!
My phone number was completely deleted, and I went to four different Verizon stores nearby for help. Sadly, each one just told me to go home and call customer service on my own. I was honestly very disappointed and frustrated.
Then I came to this store — and that’s when everything changed. I met Jonathan, who immediately stood out with his professionalism, kindness, and patience. He took the time to call Verizon customer service together with me, and stayed by my side for almost five hours. Even when the store was about to close, he promised to follow up the next day.
Because my case was so complicated, it actually took three full days to resolve. But Jonathan never gave up. He kept following up, communicating with the support team, and making sure I was updated every step of the way.
In the end, thanks to his persistence and dedication, my phone number was successfully restored!

“I came in to switch from AT&T with my parents. After 5 hours on the phone with customer service and extremely poor service from the Patchouge location, I was very defeated. Surprisingly this location got the job done and we switched in less than an hour. James is the best! Very attentive and knowledgeable. My elderly parents had a lot of questions and he helped us very patiently. Give this man a raise!”
