“Just had an amazing experience with Colin in the office. He had a wine of people and was the only person there he handled everything for all of us with patience and understanding as we all had to change our codes because they just changed ownership in front of us was the older woman who is losing two giant storage units and is late on her payments and we all had to wait while she asked 30 questions which is understandable. Colin handled it like a pro. Your company is lucky to have he like this young man.”
“I am very happy with my choice of self storage unit. I selected the size unit I wanted and at lower prices than others I have seen. Not long afterI reserved the unit, the manager gave me a call to make sure that I was satisfied and letting me know that I could go to him with any questions. Daniel has kept in communication with me and he has been great. He also helped me out when family plans fell through, which I really appreciate.
The young man in the office was very helpful and polite, as well.

“Great staff at the unit in yaphank. They answered all my questions. I was signing up online and a staff member called me during the process to see if I had any other questions. I was able to sign up easily online. I was oriented to the facility when I arrived and shown how to use the lock they provided. It is clean and appears to be very safe. They have cameras all over the place to make sure your belongings are safe. Overall a great experience. Facility was clean and organized. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Don't hesitate just book it!!!”
