“Set appointment. Service took care of my extended warranty approval as the job was about $3400 to repair heater box and AC/Heater actuator forts on a 2016 F-150 Lariat. Truck was kept overnight but the time I spent there I noted clean restrooms and comfortable waiting area with courteous, knowledgeable and informative service staff. Job was completed on time and the problem has been fixed. Would recommend anyone having troubles with their vehicle to call or stop by Orleans Ford”

“My son in law had a recall on his car and had a bad experience there at first getting it fix. Then Hartway turned it around and gave him a loaner while they corrected the problem. This was a fantastic turnaround and they were accommodating and understanding that he doesn’t live local and needed it corrected before he left for active duty in the Airforce. I so appreciate you making this a good experience for him and getting his car ready just in time for him to head for training. Thanks again for your kindness and making it right! It really helps knowing his car is working properly before he had to drive so far.Service: Electrical repair”

“It is rare to have a good experience for any service rendered today. However, a good experience is what I have every time when dealing with John at Automotive Solutions. The latest work was body work to the two front fenders. My vehicle looks absolutely awesome. In addition, they went the extra mile and clean the inside of my vehicle including the floor mats. It smelled so good. Thank you, John, and to your employees.”

“I went to Prawel’s for my auto inspection the first time, but since then, I’ve trusted them enough to get their opinion when I’m in doubt with other locations. The owner is always friendly & doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary services. Now, when I leave town, I never have to worry about sending anyone in my family that isn’t as knowledgeable about vehicle upkeep!”

“I have no idea why google is asking me for an opinion. All I did was call Fearby's because they have a good reputation. The shop was closed so I couldn't make an appointment...oh, wait! Now I know why google is asking me! It's because they track my every move--phone calls, what sites I visit...I can't even look at a website to see what their products and prices are without immediately afterword being bombarded with ads for that website! From now on I'm going to try to remember to go incognito!”

“I’ve been going to Monro for a few years now, and after some car trouble this past week, I just wanted to leave a review! We’ve had our car looked at several times for an issue, and no one could figure out what was going on. This past week, the issue got a lot worse, and Kim made sure we got an appointment right away. Ian, their lead technician, took a look and figured out the issue immediately! Luckily, it was fixable, and we were able to get our car repaired by the next day. Kim has done a great job as the new manager, and her efforts do not go unnoticed. I’m very happy with the service they provide!”
