“I met Kevin recently on a Mexican holiday. I was wearing my Niners jersey and I could tell right away Kevin's had a hard life as he's a lifelong Bills fan ;) We bonded at the sports bar and I can tell you he's an amazing human, great dad, and super honest, both in business and life. Long story short, my phone somehow got moisture in the charging port one day. I saw him at dinner the next night and jokingly said, "Hey, you don't happen to have a wireless charger do you, I can't use my wired one." He said, "I'm a mechanic, I think I've got like 4 with me, I always pack extra stuff!" He let me use it the rest of the trip and, when I went to return it to his room, I found out he'd checked out without ever bothering to hunt me down for it. We're both in service-based businesses and "get it", as we're wired the same way, so I wanted to throw him some good karma here with an unsolicited review for being so awesome and saving my bacon as it was early in my trip when all this happened. I can't honestly say I've ever taken my vehicle here, but I can vouch 100% without a doubt, you will get amazing and honest service if you do! Your charger's in the mail, bud :) PS Love that there's like 50 other 5-star reviews for you, doesn't surprise me in the least.”

“I had a problem with my 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HD and with two major dealerships in Medina that could not solve or diagnose the problem and with $2,000 in repairs that did not solve the problem and then a third-party mechanic who did the exact same work and still nothing but problems and reduced engine power. So after 2 and 1/2 to 3 years of miserable service is and misdiagnosis I took it to Automotive solutions for a change of pace and John and his men had it diagnosed within a few hours and fixed the problem with a simple ground lead that was broken to the solenoid and the truck runs like a champ. Needless to say they now have a new customer”
“I was in the market for a large SUV, now that I'm up to 4 little people plus 1 in college... and also like to do home projects myself - needing seating and utility. And since I'm not willing to spend as much as my first home to buy a new large 2023/2024 SUV, I was searching for a 'lightly used', 3-5 year old SUV. I narrowed down my search to the Ford Expedition - targeting less than $45K. Over a few weeks of searching across CarMax, Cargurus, Autotrader, etc. I stumbled across a 2020 Ford Expedition XLT Sport (400hp, 8 seating), 25k miles, $45.9K at Orleans Ford on a Sunday afternoon. I called first thing Monday morning and was quickly connected to Jayden. Coming from East side of Rochester my schedule was difficult to find the timing to make the 1hr+ drive. I was able to move my work schedule around and Jayden accommodated me for a visit that same afternoon. When I arrived they had just detailed the vehicle... but couldn't find the keys! At first, my mind said - 'yeah this is a sign to move on'. But Jayden and team quickly responded with a solution. They found a similar Expedition and had me test drive it. Also took me to the Expedition that I was interested in at the overflow lot, and since the doors were unlocked I was able to look it over. John the Sales Manager met us back in the office and said that they would make it up to me. He proposed that they could drive the vehicle to me on Wednesday after the thorough inspection on Tuesday. And if I didn't like how it drove they would take it back, no strings attached. They also were willing to take $1K off, which fell in line with Kelly BB. I worked through the paperwork with Tom in Finance and agreed that I would make my final decision at my home on Wednesday evening. And on Wednesday evening Jayden hand delivered the Expedition at my home, over an hour away. The Expedition drove fantastic, with new brakes post thorough inspection and detailing. My wife and kids took it for a spin, and after an hour of study, I signed the paperwork and completed the transaction. It's been a couple weeks and this Expedition drives fantastic. Jayden has been in contact with me already a couple times ensuring my peace of mind. I never expected the quality of customer service from a dealer, let alone an hour away from home in Medina. 5 star rating for Jayden, John and Team at Orleans Ford!”

Now, when I leave town, I never have to worry about sending anyone in my family that isn’t as knowledgeable about vehicle upkeep!”
“Orleans ford gets me in and out with service issues always fixed right the first time. great staff but the coffee is ok.. lol but overall I will keep going back itd normally easy to schedule and they get vehicles back to you fairly quickly.. ive been buying trucks from them for 20 years never a issue sales and service is great.Service: Transmission”

“I have no idea why google is asking me for an opinion. All I did was call Fearby's because they have a good reputation. The shop was closed so I couldn't make an appointment...oh, wait! Now I know why google is asking me! It's because they track my every move--phone calls, what sites I visit...I can't even look at a website to see what their products and prices are without immediately afterword being bombarded with ads for that website! From now on I'm going to try to remember to go incognito!”
“I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Klino’s! Larry was polite and helpful, and he got my car finished a lot sooner than I expected due to difficulty finding parts. Not only did they fix the damage from me hitting a deer??♀️ but they even washed and vacuumed my car!Service just doesn’t get any better than this! Great value for great work! “Said he couldn't help us when we had a screw in our tire but he was very friendly and told us where we could go and what the repair needed to be (apparently we had driven all the way up from Texas with the screw in the tire!) Ended up fixing the tire for us anyway, put air in the tire and made sure we were good to go!”

“My son in law had a recall on his car and had a bad experience there at first getting it fix. Then Hartway turned it around and gave him a loaner while they corrected the problem. This was a fantastic turnaround and they were accommodating and understanding that he doesn’t live local and needed it corrected before he left for active duty in the Airforce. I so appreciate you making this a good experience for him and getting his car ready just in time for him to head for training. Thanks again for your kindness and making it right!
