“Set appointment. Service took care of my extended warranty approval as the job was about $3400 to repair heater box and AC/Heater actuator forts on a 2016 F-150 Lariat. Truck was kept overnight but the time I spent there I noted clean restrooms and comfortable waiting area with courteous, knowledgeable and informative service staff. Job was completed on time and the problem has been fixed. Would recommend anyone having troubles with their vehicle to call or stop by Orleans Ford”
“The last place I want to go to is an auto parts store having maybe 2% knowledge on maintaining a car.
The gentleman was very helpful and gave me the necessary information.
I feel more at ease going in, the location is close to home, so no future worries”
“People must be mistaking this yard for another. Dan is the man! and a great guy to chat with. found all that I needed to fix my car after hitting a deer. Great inventory and just might have what you need too. Definitely worth a visit!”
“Brian's work is meticulous, and he tries very hard to help find the best value for what his customer needs. If trust is important to you, this is the place to go.”
“HUGE shout out to Mike & Todd at Classic Collision & Customs in Ridgeway, NY. Made Julie’s truck look almost brand new. New fender flares & rocker panel covers. Gotta love NY and all the rust you get especially over the rear fenders. Looks great now. Thank you Rob Rider for the recommendation.”
“Fantastic job on a 2016 Honda inside and outside ! Extra care to small paint chips, door jambs, wheel wells, wash & wax. Windows are spotless dash & vent dust gone! Fabric and carpets look and smell so clean ! Very thorough and friendly ! Wonderful gift ! Thank you !”
“We do a decent amount of business through our shop and usually have the items delivered. Always a great experience and quick deliveries. Today I was nearby and needed windshield wipers for my sons truck so I decided I'd go in myself. The man that helped me was very friendly, went over my options for what I was looking for and made recommendations, and even looked in the back for me. Great experience and store!”

“Special ordered a truck which was a very easy process and it came in exactly how ordered. My salesman Mike was helpful throughout the whole process. Will buy from again in the future.”
