I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. “Great people. My fiancé was sick so I couldn’t drop the car off as scheduled. I called them at 8:30 and my appointment was at 9am. The woman who answers the phones was very polite. She understood and quickly suggested sending someone to pick it up and drop it off for me while I worked. Rocco came to pick up the vehicle right at 9:10. He was informative and explained the whole process. I had my jeep back before I was done with work. Rocco, the woman and that specific location went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much ! ?”

We had our Ford F150 towed to Gil's Garage in Halfmoon because it stald out and nothing would get it to start.
Dealings were taken care of by John & Jess whom went above and beyond to look over everything and anything that was wrong and was possibly unsafe.
John & Jess were extremely professional, listened to detail and found all that needed to be repaired.
John & Jess knew how extremely important this was to us because the vehicle was a vehicle that also drove my 1 year old granddaughter & 3 year old grandson to and from Preschool and for all family needs.
