He helped me choose a new phone, I told him what I was looking for l, he went through options with me and compared them to what I was getting now, and was never pushy, which I really appreciate. I then couldn't get the phone activated because I thought I knew what I was doing (I didn't!). Vijay helped me sort it out fast, with no issues. “I brought 2 phones here in the last several weeks and received excellent pricing and service. All repairs were done in time for me to grab lunch and come back. What I really appreciated was that the owner gave me several options upon request and was concerned about meeting my needs vs. making the most money on the repair. I highly recommend this place for repair and will be bringing more items to him in the future, as need... hopefully not too often :)”
“I visited the East Meadow store today frantically that I accidentally deleted many of my photos. Bobby was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. Bobby calmly restored my phone and recovered all of my pictures. He then made some necessary changes to my phone and explained everything to me in a way that was easily understandable. I truly appreciate Bobby’s assistance and would definitely go back to this store again in the future.”

“Absolutely exceptional service and help. Everyone I dealt with helped and went above and beyond for me. My phone has been submerged under water and wouldn’t turn on. I took it to 5 different stores and they were the only to be able to turn it on. At first because the water damage was so severe it would only turn on for 3 minutes at a time then shut off, but the most important thing to me was sentimental photos. The technician not only continuously turned the phone on and off for me but he went through and helped me manually airdrop thousands of photos which is what was most important to me and he had absolutely no obligation to do that much. After almost 4 hours of non stop doing that, I was going to come back the next day to continue since the phone has 22,000 photos and it is difficult in 3 minute intervals. When I arrived the second day I was told by the technician that he had worked continuously to find a fix and was able to find a way to fix the battery to keep it on long enough to do a full data transfer to my new phone and I was able to restore absolutely everything. I can’t express my gratitude to everyone involved, and let alone how ridiculously fair the pricing was. There is no where else I will be bringing my devices from now on. Absolutely amazing experience definitely recommend them. 100/100”

“EXCELLENT AT&T store, came in because the other store had added on things I didnt need and my bill was high - I asked to see the manager to fix the issue and she lowered my bill without wasting time, she used a translator app to explain to my wife in spanish about options to upgrade her iphone , i was really impressed because you dont see this level of customer service any more and she really went out of her way without selling us gimmicks, we are very happy to have visited this store”
