Bring your car in for brake & tire replacements, 4-wheel alignments, and all the other "keep it in prime and safe running condition" items.The waiting room is clean and cozy, with a large coffee making area and a water bottle machine. It's decorated with wall art, a tv, books, magazines, motorcycle models, and other little things to spend your time on while waiting. “Needed to get some cosmetic work done on my car. There was nothing mechanically wrong with it, but there was a big dent on the front that was just a huge eyesore. I walked in, was greeted by a man name, Richi. He was more than willing to take me out to look at what my car needed. Then came the manager/I believe he might be the owner Billy. They both seem like standup, regular guys, and I did not feel that they were trying to scam me in anyway. The price that they quoted I felt was fair and even then I was able to negotiate with them because they genuinely wanted to help.They Fixed the damage, replaced my tires and painted my wheel. Everything came out better than expected.When I went to pick up the car after they called me, there was a small area that I felt like could be cleaned a little bit better. Richi went out of his way said that he will take care of it and within 24 hours the car was ready and perfect. They did not try to charge me for anything extra. He even dropped me home. Very easy and simple process. Would highly recommend these guys.They seem like genuine, family, friendly guys who are good at what they do, and take pride at what they do. Would definitely use them again. This is obviously not a paid review and I was not asked to write a review. “I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt that I had to this time. Every time something has happened to a my car I’ve had, I haven’t been in it , thank god ! This time was the worst; it was a hit and run ! From the time I called the emergency number for Coach Auto Body for a tow, to the time I picked up my beautifully fixed car, Joe, Alex and their crew were WONDERFUL ! It was supposed to take 1 1/2 weeks for the insurance adjuster to come take a look at my car, Joe had it done in 2 days! They are so professional that Joe and Alex had ordered the parts once my car arrived on the flat bed, so that once the adjuster had finished his job, they started their’s; the parts were already there! Joe kept in contact w/ me from beginning to end ! I could not be anymore pleased ! My car looked and drove like it was brand new! “Electra auto body is the only body shop I would ever recommend . Not only have they fixed my car which thankfully was many years ago they now completely transformed my elderly Mother's car last month. Eddie and his amazing office staff literally swooped in like Angels and made the entire process easy, efficient and stress free. My Mom who is very nervous normally about everything was totally at ease, they made her car look completely brand new , literally like it just stepped out of the dealership .
