From the very beginning, the leasing tour and experience were what made me immediately want to call this place home. When it comes to renting an apartment, first impressions matter — and the entire Van Allen team, especially Ashely who helped me lease my apartment, made an unforgettable one. Their passion for what they do shines through every interaction, and it’s clear they genuinely care about creating a phenomenal experience for every resident.
Throughout my time here, every moment has felt like a true 5-star experience. The staff consistently go above and beyond to address any concerns or needs with warmth and sincerity. The energy they bring every day is authentic and uplifting — every conversation feels like you're catching up with an old friend or family member. Their hospitality is unmatched, and the genuine sense of welcome they provide is something incredibly rare to find.
The community events at Van Allen are top-tier and truly stand out compared to other apartments I’ve lived at. While most places offer average, routine gatherings, you can tell the Van Allen team puts real thought and effort into planning events that residents actually look forward to. The quality and care behind these events make a huge difference and show just how much the staff value their community.
Leaving Van Allen is bittersweet, and I know it will be hard to find another place — or team — that can compare. I will truly miss the warmth, care, and genuine presence that made my stay here so special. If I could live here forever, I absolutely would.

“I came to visit one of my homecare patients here and honestly one of the most beautiful buildings ever for seniors! They have a wonderful community of activities. It is a very safe and secure building and you will not be let in unless a person comes down for you or they buzz you in from apartment. It offers 8 dinners a month included in rent along with utilities. Connected to senior services through the county who provide much assistance to our seniors. Transportation can be provided from Colonie transportation for weekly grocery shopping and stuff. I would live here if I could. Rent is not super affordable but also more affordable than many options locally. It seems like a good deal for what is offered. Go check out the beltrone!”

“I lived in Park Ridge for a few years while I was a student at RPI. Overall, a very nice place to live:- The apartments are very large with lots of closet and storage space- Management is very responsive and maintenance requests are almost always solved same-day- The neighborhood is very clean and well maintained - the greenery is pleasant and well manicured- Central AC and heat worked well- Proximity to the park is nice, its nice to easily be able to go for a walk in the park”

“Latham Village Apartments has been my home for five and one half years, now and I have never had cause to complain! Their Staff is professional, courteous and on time with maintenance! In fact, their Staff have made follow-up phone calls to check on satisfaction, which I appreciate. There are private entrances, porches and you are able to plant a beautiful garden outside your place! Their pet-friendly policy is the least expensive I've seen, for apartment complexes, in this area. I think this will be home for a long time!-Margaret Joos”

The apartments are very nice on the inside, with great functional layouts and high quality amenities and features like a laundry room, balcony, etc.”
“I have ived at The Woodlands for 10 years. It's quiet, and conveniently located to shopping and the highway. The walk-in closets, washer/dryer hookups and parking spaces are a plus. The grounds are well kept and maintainence work is done quickly. There's a small pool and workout room near the Clubhouse. I just received a big gift basket of tasty treats from Rosetti Properties for living here 10 years. I think you would like it here too.”

There have been changes in management since we have arrived, but the present manager and assistant are wonderful. Maintainance has always been very good to us on the whole. I am very glad to be living here and definitely it is my home.”
