“Went in here with a cc problem, as soon i was walked in i was greeted. The initial person helping , sonny was extremely professional and helpful. It was a bit complicated so it was escalated and now helping me was Jose Delgado, the branch manager. Even though in the big scheme of things this was a trivial matter, both of these men took their time, listened to the problem and handled the issue in the most professional way possible. They were able to fix the problem. My sincere thanks, and tip of the hat to these two team members.”
