“Went in here with a cc problem, as soon i was walked in i was greeted. The initial person helping , sonny was extremely professional and helpful. It was a bit complicated so it was escalated and now helping me was Jose Delgado, the branch manager. Even though in the big scheme of things this was a trivial matter, both of these men took their time, listened to the problem and handled the issue in the most professional way possible.
