Their customer service is great, I had a huge issue with my account and my nearest branch couldn’t help me nor customer service on the phone so I came to Merrick citibank and Ken Altman went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue as well as Lydia I believe her name was. I genuinely appreciate their time and hard work to resolve my issue.”

They have handled our mortgage, investments. and credit cards in a way that Inspires confidence. Recently, we had a serious data problem with our account, and Peter immediately got to work straightening it out with the home office. I did not have to spend precious minutes proving who I am. Also, investment manager Michael Mott has given us years of helpful attention.”
“Nice bank with friendly employees. Checking is free for personal and business accounts which is unusual since most banks charge service fees for businesses no matter what size. Each month they give away items when you open up an account. I do have a problem accessing my account online which they acknowledged and are in the process of correcting, hopefully!”
