The mobile app is excellent and easy to navigate. Branch personnel are very friendly and helpful, with customers noting they could not have been nicer and are a pleasure to deal with. Customer service is great, with staff going above and beyond to resolve account issues, taking their time to fix problems. Interest rates for savings and CDs are competitive. Multiple reviews highlight positive experiences at branch locations, where associates are commended for their hard work and excellent service.

Citibank Merrick is terrific! They are always helpful and will assist you and prevent you from a scam! You will not find a better manager than Jose. He has helped me in sending $ to foreign countries as well as checking to see if something is legit. Ken is also helpful and there are not enough good things to say about Phylis!

The Mobil app is excellent. It's easy to navigate. The branch personnel are very friendly & helpful. The interest rates for savings & CDs just went up to 5%.
