“To Chase Management My name is Steven Orandello and I am the owner Of Hozio inc.First off I want to say I have been a Chase customer for over 25 yearsand because of the work done by Stephanie and KavitaI will be one till the day I die.When this whole pandemic happened my Bohemia branch closed and I had no idea what to do I felt lost.I applied the 1st day online and they ran out of money, I was devastated.This is when I met Stephanie Togher, she was reassuring and kind.Then the second round came out I was really counting on this I have 8 employees and I just had to put everyone on furlow, It was killing me.Then the real devastation happened, they said I got denied because of Federal guidelines. I could not believe it.Stephanie said she would look into it and this is when I met Kavita Shah another guardian angel.She took her time with me and got me to submit the application correctly.I cannot even tell you how many time I bothered them with calls checking up.Not once did they make me feel like I was a bother they always answered me right away and truly seemed concerned.Yesterday I received an email saying it was approved and were funding me in 3 days, I can not even try to explain of the weight that came off of my shoulders. For the 1st time in weeks I woke up feeling blessed.
