“I found this spot by accident while searching for another store that I have been to. I am so glad I gave them a try. The customer service was great , prices are way better than any of the big shops I have been to in the area. It was an amazing customer service experience. Thank you!!!”
“This bike shop is the best!!! Liam and Brian are so knowledgeable and give honest assessments. I was amazed (and so impressed...) at how well business is run with best intentions being with the customer. I will certainly be visiting here in the future for all my biking needs and recommend you do so as well.”

“Excellent place! Brought a bike in to get the brakes looked at and Mike was excellent to work with. Good price for the work. Store is really cool too and the vibe was cool too. Solid selection of all things bikes!!”
“Came in with a flat tire and a hole in my spare tube. Jason in service fixed me up right away, got me set with new Co2 canisters, and talked me through the option of going tubeless when I have time to leave the bike for a few days. Knowledgeable and eager to help!”
“Big shoutout to Luis at Mineola Bicycle! Took my bike in for a front brake issue, and he made the necessary adjustments on the spot free of charge. Excellent, knowledgeable, and generous service. I'll definitely be back for future bike needs!”
“I came in looking for a new bike and they made the whole process very simple, easy and efficient. Chris was very patient showing me different bikes and helping with my bike accessories. Highly recommend!”
“I traveled all the way from NJ to get this particular bike my son wanted. Tommy was great, he held the bike for me because I couldn’t make it there for a few days. When I called to give him a heads up I can come a day earlier, I was greeted with the best voicemail I have heard in a long time. I am really happy I was able to purchase a bike from a family owned shop. When I got there and met Tommy and staff, I was immediately happy I bought the bike from them. My son was beyond happy when I came home with the bike because it was really hard to come by. They had a nice selection of bikes in the store, I highly recommend checking them out.”
“Best in the business! The people at Brickwell Cycling and Multisports are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on all things bikes. Todd was a great help and very thorough on the length and process for getting my bike built and picking it up. Highly recommend you get your next bike there!!”
“This was one of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - guided me to the right bike purchase. They also have a great selection of bikes and accessories. I'll definitely be going back!”

“Every thing is done so quickly that I can go at 4:40 and be out by 4:55 and still have sufficient time to drive 20 minutes to Hempstead harbor woods and hit the trail head prices are a little heavy on the labor fee side but for the job nobody’s more qualified”
