“Went in today with my son’s broken balance bike, we couldn’t get the adjustable height seat to lock to save our lives, he would just slide off the back of the seat. He was so sad without it, and I was bummed since I couldn’t find it anywhere online, it was a gift two Christmases ago from my husband’s grandmother, and I had hoped that eventually all the kids would use it as they grew into it. We went in and they had us fixed and out the door in five minutes total. They were so kind and didn’t end up charging us for the part since they had one on hand that was also incomplete and would fit our bike. My son was over the moon and rode it all the way home! Now I know where we’ll be buying his next bike when he outgrows this one. Thank you again!!”

“I brought my kids’ jogging stroller in to have a tire repaired and the owner was nice and friendly. Service was quick and inexpensive. He was also knowledgeable about the stroller and its different type of tires as well. Very happy with the service.”
“The amount of patience this man had was incredible, my son took his time to examine multiple bikes and took a certain bike around the parking lot multiple times, as soon as he saw how incredible he was riding he needed a snack basket ?, to be attached, and the owner sure did deliver.
