“Kadir, a BusyBee worker at this gas station saved my car from serious damage! I was driving with no oil in my engine and Kadir helped me buy the right oil for my SUV, helped me add the oil, attended to other customers immediately as soon as they arrived and then helped me again. When I first arrived at the station he was cleaning the outside area and as I was leaving, he was cleaning and vacuuming inside the store. Kafir was extremely professional and polite and friendly ! I haven’t seen customer service like this in many many years. The store was clean and well stocked.”

“Best prices locally and they just redid the entire gas station. Brand new pumps and a brand new convenience store- which is easily four to five times the size of the previous store. Very clean and they even have Tim Hortins donuts, food and coffee. The gas prices stayed cheap and the new convenience store is a great improvement over the last store. The new gas pumps are even torch screens.”
“First let me start off by saying this gas station is the cleanest gas station I've seen in a really long time. Every time I go in the bathroom here it is always spotless it's like the bathroom in your own house. The staff is always nice and when you pull up to full service they always wash your windows. Some gas stations on Long Island have really nasty looking pumps with dirt and grime from the gas. Merrick Citgo's pumps are always clean even the nozzles that catch most of the grime and dirt. It's nice to see when you pump your gas that you don't have to touch really nasty pumps. I totally recommend this gas station to anyone because you are treated like a customer should be treated.”

“The NICEST people! Brought my car in without an appointment because the air conditioning wasn't working. They looked at it right away but unfortunately couldn't repair it. There was no charge for their assessment. I really appreciate the time and care that was taken to explain things to me. I will definitely be returning to this station for all of my future car maintenance. Thank you!!”

“My battery died and I gave them a call for a boost. It was mid day and crazy hot (95?) but the service guy came in LESS than 5 minutes and got me out of a jam. Super service with a smile. Up until now just using this BP station for gas and inspections etc but going forward will use them for EVERYTHING!”

“They got free air but you still have to pay for gas. I'm always losing air in my tires so the free air machine is a convenient feature and it's always working when I use it. There's a small convenience store, staff is friendly. Only issue is the gas is 10% ethanol. I don't think the price reflects the cheaper gas. Ethanol burns faster so the price should be 10% cheaper than other stations.”

“The Gas station was 30cents high on price about 2 months ago. I recently visited the gas station and spoke to the owner and to my surprise this Gas station is under a new management now, Very competitve on prize and a very kind and good staff. They have stocked up the Mini Mart with fresh stock with new offers, Its a must stop for gas fill when in Merrick.”

When he deemed it wasn't worth fixing, he was extremely friendly, honest, and wouldn't take my money after he spent time and labor on the car. He told me to save the money and spend it on a new car. I'll be returning whenever I need my car serviced.”
