“My uncle passed away, and I wanted to send five pieces of his artwork to his best friend in Dallas. Riyaa went out of her way to make sure they were all packed securely, and five days later they arrived in perfect condition. Thank you so much Riyaa and UPS!”

“I called this UPS store for some help.
Cliff and Destiny were both really helpful while I was trying to figure out a shipping issue where Mercari charged me almost $60. They took the time to look everything up, answer my questions, and even gave me screenshots to help with my case. It was nice that they genuinely seemed like they wanted to help me get it figured out instead of just rushing me out the door. I really appreciated it. Thank you”

“I do not leave reviews often, but I felt compelled to acknowledge the hard work of the staff at this location. The last few times I have been at this UPS store the line has been ridiculously long. Yet somehow I have managed to be out in less than 5-6 minutes. They are efficient; courteous and helpful.
Keep up the great work.”
