“I came here 9/3/24 to apply for my first ever passport. the workers were helpful and attended to me quickly. I paid for regular routine service and received my passport in the mail 9/16/24 (less than 2 weeks non expedited!!) I then received my birth certificate in the mail 9/19/24. this was such an easy and quick process and I appreciate the workers at this post office who helped out!”
“I did my son’s passport here. I loved the privacy that was created in this location. They have a whole separate room for passports. Ladies taking the applications were knowledgeable and nice. “Great location and service. It's a plus since the wait times are not long at all in this location since it's not as populated. If you're in a hurry to mail something out and you're in the area, I'd suggest checking this location out. They only allow one person inside the actual office at a time because of COVID and since it's on the smaller side.”

“My main location where I ship ALL my packages and letters. It sucks that they aren't open on the weekends. It is always closed from 12-1:15. Joyce is the sweetest lady ever! She is so helpful and gives assistance when needed. I have mainly been coming to this location because of her!”
“The staff is friendly and helpful. Most of the time when I go there, I don't have long lines to wait on. I might see 5 people on the line, but the line moves fast.”

“The things supervisor 'Mike' has done for me deserve 10/10 stars.
My express package was lost, somewhere in transit. Within an hour of speaking with him, and him sending out emails and faxes, it immediately within 5 hours continued movement. ON TWO OCCASIONS. He then promised no matter what time it made it to the post office if before 6pm, he'd send a truck out to have it delivered to me.

The people who work here never help solve anything. I need a refund and to fill out a form for it, and they refused to help me at all. They always say they don't know or that it can't be done. When I call and speak to a USPS agent, they send me to the address where I sent the mail. When I get there, no one is available to help. They only receive packages, and they deny you anything else you need... horrible!! I've been fighting for a package for 3 months, and in the end, I'll lose my package and the international shipping money because they won't help...”
“I've consistently had great service at the RVC USPS office. The window team is friendly & knowledge about packaging & postal fees. The lobby is clean, air conditioned & well stocked with USPS forms, envelopes & boxes. It also has a self-service kiosk. This is one of my favorite post offices in Nassau County. Thanks! :)”
