“Lawrence was very nice and helped me out of a bad situation with the wheels on my 2001 Corvette.
I went in for a front wheel balancing and their mechanic discovered the wheels had locking lug nuts (that I was not aware of, and I did not have the lug nut key for).
He told me “no problem”, and was able to remove the locks at all four wheels and replace them with standard lug nuts.
Needless to say, I’m very happy with their work and would not hesitate to use them again for all of our family cars.”

“I had a great experience at Essential Auto. Dan is the sweetest and most honest guy. I came from Acura service and they told me I needed work worth $5,000. Being that my car's warranty was over, I looked up mechanics near me on Google and came across Essential with all 5 star reviews. I gave it a shot and I'm glad I did. They are honest, reasonable and told me I didn't need 2 out of the 3 repairs Acura suggested. Being a woman and not too knowledgeable with cars, they didn't use my lack of knowledge against me.
