“Been dealing with these guys for over 10 years best around for sure Ramesh Annan and the team had great experience with them I had dropped my car off for an electrical issue on my Honda pilot I had a ton of music inside the vehicle I ended up burning the main fuse on the vehicle Ramesh and his son found the problem quickly and was able to create a solution Over the years, I’ve given them a alot of my cars from ECU problems changing alternators to reprogramming extremely friendly customer service, no nonsense straight to the point They’re very reasonable with price, but it can vary depending on your problem I Highly recommend them and look forward to doing business with them for years to come”

Its my new spot from now on, my first service in the books was new lower radiator hose(i had a bad leak car was overheating) he bled the coolant gave me fresh coolant and an oil change. “I took my car in because of a damaged hood, driver's side door misalignment, rust spot right-side aperture panel, misaligned front bumper and faded door tapes. Vinnie sat down with me and explained the repair process in detail, timeframe for repairs, and total cost. The results are more than I expected. You can drive around to get multiple quotes, but why waste time? As long as I have a car and Reliable Auto Center continues to produce outstanding work, I will return with the confidence of knowing that my car will be fixed the right way.”

“BAM’s auto shop is not only efficient but they are also awesome at what they do! From the moment I stepped foot into the shop they were able to provide me with a rental car on the spot, assist me with next steps in making my claim with insurance , and assure me my car would be taken care of in a efficient time frame. They completed the work on my car within 2 weeks and the work they do is incredible! They not only fixed my car but they also cleaned and detailed it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They are incredible in not only the work they do but also the customer service they provide.”

“I have been to this location 3X in 5years for Collision Work and Charlie and his Staff are Attentive when they take you Vehicle to include NYS Inspection.
Six days a week, they stay late to get their Vehicles done. They are busy w/ different Cars, which is Good to see.
My Recent experience with Female office Mgr. is busy answering phones, ordering parts and engaging customers who come into office.
