About Hertz Car Rental - Middle Village - Metropolitan Avenue
Hertz Car Rental - Middle Village - Metropolitan Avenue offers a friendly and efficient car rental experience. Customers appreciate the great and fast service provided by the staff, who are described as super friendly and helpful. While the selection of cars may not be extensive, many clients find the experience pleasant, especially with quick pick-up and drop-off processes. The location also offers a range of vehicles, including luxury and electric cars.
However, some customers have faced challenges, particularly with electric vehicles. Issues such as limited charging capabilities and difficulties with the car's remote key have caused stress for renters. The call center support for electric car issues has also been noted as lacking. Additionally, unexpected fees for toll road devices have raised concerns.
Overall, the positive aspects of customer service and a smooth rental process are highlighted, with many expressing gratitude for the staff's assistance, especially during challenging circumstances like heat waves. Renters can expect a welcoming environment, although they should be aware of potential complications with electric vehicles and additional charges.
