“I return my car here. Process of returning a car is not as fast is normal Hertz returns at seen. Also the location is too far from the airport so you better plan at least 15 minutes for the ride to the airport. There are shuttle services to the airport so nothing to worry about there.”

“Awesome experience! It was the day of the Crowdstrike airline disaster. Five hour wait to get off the ground in Cincinnati. Luggage misplaced - 2 hours to get luggage. My flight from NY to Burlington VT was then cancelled. Rental cars were in short supply. Steve, at Entrerprise, was our hero!!! He found us a SUV that had just been returned and saved the day.
