“They accept debit payments. You're not pressed for credit card credibility, and you only have to deposit one time per vehicle. You can extend it up to four weeks I believe. I just went in for an entire service oil change, brakes and rotors and it was done professionally and in a timely manner. I was able to drive back out with the same car that I on extension.”

“Our flight from NYC to ATL was canceled, and we needed two cars last minute. No other rental company had availability. SIXT was the only one able to help us with not just one, but two cars. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but the guy at the JFK location was absolutely wonderful — he helped us through everything and gave us the best deals. “Enterprise makes the rental experience smooth. Shuttle from lga was simple, arrived at rental facility within a few minutes. The staff member greeted us, we had a huge amount of luggage, she offered to go get the van and bring it to where all our luggage was. She helped me fold down all the seats in the mini van, which was extremely helpful because I have trouble getting the seats folded into the floor. The gentleman at checkout was knowledgeable and helpful. Upon returning van, greeted by a friendly staff member and shuttle driver was knowledgeable and got me to terminal within a few minutes. Every staff member encountered was knowledgeable and polite. The experience was smooth which is so helpful when it’s your first time travel to the area.”

“My go to car rental spot in Manhattan! Good location and smooth experience. Debra(rep), Bionny (branch manager) & Thomas (regional manger for location) are all super helpful. They offer a wide selection of cars at good rates (specially if you have a corporate discount). You can return a car after hours and drop off keys in lock box. Only thing I would say is that they give you car at let’s say 1/2 gas tank and you need to fill it up at same level for return which is often tricky to do.”

“When I received my car and got out on the Belt Parkway I realize that my tank was on E. I called the location where I picked it up and they said that they would take care of it by not having me to pay for gas I had signed to have a prepaid.
I had to drive around for about 20 minutes till I found a gas station. And I brought the car back with a fuel
when I shouldn't have. And I was billed for the gas still. I have used Enterprise in numerous times and never had an issue this is the first time that I've had an issue.”
