made reservations for 6pm but was not advised that the desk closes at 6! The desk is INSIDE the galleria mall..of all places and GPS took us to the OPPOSITE SIDE of the mall. No rental places open until tomorrow... even at the airport! Who closes car rentals at 6 pm when flights are coming in at later times. Bad plan for... read full comment
