“I went to Macy's to look for a sports jacket. The one I liked had a price tag of 480.00...way too much for me. Along comes Margo, a senior saleswoman, who shows me how I can get the price lowered. End result, the jacket cost me $194.00 after opening a Macy's account.

Update: I realized something got missed on my return. I live 35 minutes away, so I called and was immediately transfered to a manager, Yvette. She was quick to fix the error and I received an email confirmation right away with the refund for the missed item. Awesome service!”

“Spencer’s definitely deserves five stars for this visit. We stopped in just to look around and ended up finding the best South Park plushies — way better quality than I expected. They had Cartman, Kenny, Kyle, and Stan all lined up, and as soon as we saw them, we knew we had to grab a couple. The stitching, colors, and details were spot-on, not cheap-looking like some of the ones you find online.
The store itself was well-stocked and organized, with all the usual Spencer’s humor and fun stuff, but the plushies were definitely the highlight for us. The staff was friendly and didn’t hover, but they were quick to help when we asked about prices and if they had more characters in the back.
You really never know what you’re going to find at Spencer’s, but this time it was a win. The plushies made the trip to the mall worth it, and they’re already sitting on the shelf at home looking awesome.
If you’re a South Park fan or just looking for something fun to add to your collection, definitely check out Spencer’s. Great vibes, great staff, and honestly some of the coolest merch around.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Via Roma Menswear in the Galleria at Crystal Run. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from start to finish. We got a tuxedo for my son, along with a button-down shirt for my husband, plus socks and shoes—and everything was perfect. They took their time, made us feel welcome, and truly cared about making sure we were happy with our purchases. Excellent service and a great overall experience. Highly recommend!”
