“I had a great experience at Kohl's department store in Middletown. I found green pants in a very rare size for a great price. Customer service was top notch. Staff is very helpful and I had no problems checking out in a timely manner. The climate control in the store is perfect and the selection is very good. Merchandise is of top quality.”
“Hot Topic definitely earns a full five stars from me. Every time I step into this store, it feels like you’re walking into a mix of nostalgia, fandom culture, music vibes, and just overall good energy. It’s one of the few stores in the mall where you can find everything from band tees and anime merch to unique accessories, Funko Pops, and clothing you honestly won’t see anywhere else. That’s what makes the place special — it’s never boring, and there’s always something new to check out.
The staff here has always been friendly and easygoing. They greet you, they actually seem like they enjoy working there, and they’re quick to help if you need a size or want to check if something is in the back. They don’t hover or pressure you, which I appreciate. You’re free to browse at your own pace, and trust me, you can lose track of time in here because there’s so much to look at.
The store is clean and well-organized, even when it’s busy on the weekend. Everything is grouped in sections, so you can easily find whatever fandom or style you’re into. My son loves it too — there’s always something eye-catching for him, whether it’s shirts, hoodies, plushies, or collectibles.
Overall, Hot Topic is one of the most fun and reliable stores in the mall. Great staff, great merch, and great energy. Always worth stopping by.”

“EXCELLENT SERVICE! Maybe because it was slow, not sure. But I got so much help it was crazy. Their prices are a tad high I think but stuff on sale is more than fair. I also snagged two shirts on clearance for $5 each. Check the clearance racks every time!”
“Spencer’s definitely deserves five stars for this visit. We stopped in just to look around and ended up finding the best South Park plushies — way better quality than I expected. They had Cartman, Kenny, Kyle, and Stan all lined up, and as soon as we saw them, we knew we had to grab a couple. The stitching, colors, and details were spot-on, not cheap-looking like some of the ones you find online.
The store itself was well-stocked and organized, with all the usual Spencer’s humor and fun stuff, but the plushies were definitely the highlight for us. The staff was friendly and didn’t hover, but they were quick to help when we asked about prices and if they had more characters in the back.
You really never know what you’re going to find at Spencer’s, but this time it was a win. The plushies made the trip to the mall worth it, and they’re already sitting on the shelf at home looking awesome.
If you’re a South Park fan or just looking for something fun to add to your collection, definitely check out Spencer’s. Great vibes, great staff, and honestly some of the coolest merch around.”

We got a tuxedo for my son, along with a button-down shirt for my husband, plus socks and shoes—and everything was perfect. They took their time, made us feel welcome, and truly cared about making sure we were happy with our purchases. Excellent service and a great overall experience. Highly recommend!”
